Early days as website is about to launch in a week. So far very happy with the customisations, overall look and working automations I have so far turned on. Always quick and concise customer service!

Best bang for the buck that I've found. I like that it's totally integrated into my Shopify admin panel so that I don't have to open a 3rd-party site.

I switched to Seguno from Constant Contact, who I'd used for many years. Seguno is easy to use, looks great and has saved me a massive monthly subscription!

I looked and compared many options (probably too much)! I wanted an app that was fully integrated and easy to use, I did not want to spend hours learning. As soon as I attended the webinar offered by Seguno after installation, I knew I made the right choice. If you know how to use Shopify, you know how to use this app. I wish all developers offered a webinar after installation- great help, could not be happier.

Excellent! This app is so functional and easy to use. The customer support team is absolutely awesome. They put together Q&A conference meetings with the users and are great. Brian and the team are awesome!

Just learning but it seems very easy and promising to handle marketing emails etc... Will keep on learning. I use it to promote my websiyte and hopefully to get subsribers.

I used this app to create my first newsletter and many more to come. I really enjoy the simplicity and that it is integrated so well into Shopify. Very easy to use and like the visual look! Highly recommend!

I could do the setup plus the first newsletter in only a few hours! Very nice :) It would be amazing if you could deliver already a translated app in German, or at least a few pre-translations - as I spend most of my time on translating. You could ask your customers if some of them are willing to share their translations (I would do for sure) with crowd-help the translation would be done in no time.

Crowd-sourced translations are a great idea, and we've been wanting to add support for other languages within the Seguno app itself for a while now. there are more advanced mail apps out there - but if you like it simple and quick - this is a simple way to reach all your subscribers quickly - without having to do much editing or thinking of targets etc - if you do want to be more specific I suggest using another programme in conjunction with this

Amazing! Way better than the other 4 apps I tried. Tried Mailchimp on it's own and it wasn't as modified for Shopify as I would like

I had to used this app for a few months now. We get excited every time we make a new newsletter. Sales have been great! Would like to know how to tie our social marketing in the newsletter.

Customer Support for Segundo is fantastic! They answered me right away when I texted them, and I had a great zoom call with them, and they stayed with me until I had a good understanding of how to use Segundo, which was so much fun! 5 Stars! I'm very satisfied with Seguno! What I love about this app is the customization options, the amount of time saved creating newsletters, and the beautiful looking e-mails on both PC/Mobile devices. Newsletters are quick to create and hosted on the Shopify Admin panel (instead of another website). The customer service is the BEST I've experienced from Shopify's App providers, they respond quickly to questions and listen to your opinions or concerns, you can tell they love their App because they are always improving it and introducing new options. I'm excited to see what they have in store for future updates!
