Fine for sending out emails manually, but the automations don't work. I have used this since October, and had 4000 orders, but the review automation email only sent out 4 review emails overall. Not impressed, especially for the monthly cost. Uninstalled

We moved away from Klaviyo after they changed their pricing plans and I must say I don't miss Klaviyo at all. This app is extremely well integrated to Shopify and I like how closely knit they are. Excellent support, it's so nice to talk to real people instead of being limited to a chat that you have to wait ages for.

Great platform; integrates seamlessly with Shopify. It's easy to create emails, connect Canva, and target customer segments from Shopify. The support is top notch, and you get to chat with an actual person when you have questions. I appreciate that they always seem to be adding new features, and look forward to what they come up with next. Thanks for the exceptional app and service!

My first time using an email marketing app and overall it has been pretty intuitive and easy to set up. Segunop support team have been quick to respond and help me fill in my knowledge gaps.

This app has been charge me $35 over 6 months, i downloaded once to try it, it said is free if you have less than 250 subscriptions, I have less than this. This app is not like others, this app didn’t notice me that they wil charge me for nothing.

Could not say anything nicer about this brand, their support always helps with issues(there only issue's because I don't understand) they help 24/7. The best part is how easy it is to make awesome emails. They also listen to their customers!

I've only been using Seguno for a couple of days and I have to say, the set up so far has been very easy, and not just because I have all my emails written out, but the templates are great and the drag and drop editor is fantastic and very intuitive! I've gone from Klaviyo, to Yotpo, and now to Seguno and I have to say, I wish I would have tried them from the start and saved myself a lot of money and the hassle of trying to many others that didn't suit my needs! Great esp/app!

Seguno email is the best newsletter app that I used. Brian is always on top of it and is actively searching and trying ways to help our newsletters reach more of our customers. I used Mailchimp and CM Commerce and I had to jump through hoops to try to get help and their prices kept jumping sky high! It was getting ridiculous. We decided to switch after I got ghosted from a Mailchimp customer service member that was trying to help us fix our automations. Brian has really been amazing in taking the time to meet with us and answer all of our questions and help us create different segments, custom automations and help us lower the cost of our monthly payments as well. He is a GEM and needs a raise. If your thinking of switching your newsletter app this is your sign!
