5-star support. Nona is freaking amazing. Incredible good team and solid application. Core functions is there and it is doing it flawlessly. Missing some functions, but it is on the roadmap.

It is very easy to use, and setup, free plan is also a lot of features. Live chat support is also very accommodating.

We've used other help center / FAQ apps before and Willdesk is definitely the best with its functionality, UI, and support. We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

We just installed it and so far everything seems great, i think the app needs better options and more tweaking on iphone but over all everything works as it should, also their support is pretty quick to response to help which is great.
