Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking. I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered. I look forward to using the App into the future.

There are a few most options i wish it had with multiple store use but otherwise the app is great. It is easy to set up and configure and the customer support is fast and knowledgable.

Mariazell ist die beste! Bisher funktioniert die App gut, ich habe sie aber noch keinem Härtetest unterzogen. Das folgt noch.

5-star support. Nona is freaking amazing. Incredible good team and solid application. Core functions is there and it is doing it flawlessly. Missing some functions, but it is on the roadmap.

We've used other help center / FAQ apps before and Willdesk is definitely the best with its functionality, UI, and support.
