Very happy with this app, really improved our customer support, not only with the live chat, but help center also save so much time. Needed little customization, but Pia was amazing answering each question, thank you!

We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

so far its perfect helps in FAqs chats, labels, ticketing system and more highly recommended support is amazing

We just installed it and so far everything seems great, i think the app needs better options and more tweaking on iphone but over all everything works as it should, also their support is pretty quick to response to help which is great.
