This app is very useful! It can save me a lot of time and help improve my work efficiency! The only regret is that the shape of the chat button cannot be changed.

So far, they don't have all the features I would like (chat translation - multilingual, icon change), but the support is one of the best. They didn't have the chat translated into my language yet and they fixed it within a day. Keep up the good work.
