I am rating the Free version. for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself. i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear. thank you Mariadel | Willdesk Support Team from the apps support team who helped our business with questions.

Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking. I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered.
