Live chat is an important feature to add to your Shopify store. This app is free to use and has a lot of great features. Customer support is very responsive.

The APP looks great. It has a ton of useful features. I've just started and not had time to fully verify its work. But Support Service is excellent.

Good tool. The support was very fast and efficient. The help button solves multiple problems including live chat, FAQs, and order tracking all for free. Free upgrade + free branding removal as well. Really the best app for a dedicated help center. Ellie was super helpful.

The team at UpperCommerce has been extremely helpful in modifying the tool to meet the needs of our shop. The functionality is great, only thing that is missing is an email notification for their WillDesk LiveChat tool.
