他的客服真的很不錯，很有耐心，也幫到我所有的問題。 應用程式方面，要做到的地方都有。比官方的Chat Box更好。 我很滿意，重點是可以連結到Whatsapp，十分方便。 設置也很多元化，會一直用下去的。

Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.
