J'ai récemment utilisé le service WD-Live Chat et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'efficacité de l'équipe. Les agents étaient réactifs et ont rapidement résolu mon problème. Le chatbot, bien qu'utile pour les demandes basiques, manquait parfois de précision, mais le transfert vers un agent en direct a été rapide et fluide. Une excellente expérience globale avec leur helpdesk !

Highly recommend the other ones with high reviews charge you for everything and its harder to use them. Will Desk has been super easy to use and the support is amazing.

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version. I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time. So highly recommended for small businesses. Special thanks to Mariadel and Kim, for all their help, patience and thinking along.

The experience is not bad. The online inquiry service is very good. There is also fqa page building, which is the most needed. Many software do not support it. So choose. More of the service is good

Packed full of features at a great price. Support is also super quick if you have any questions. We've tried all of the customer service apps and this is by far the best one!

We have just installed and integrated the app, but we can already say that the features are really diverse, and the apps from Channelwill generally seem to contain more than one initially thinks. We immediately had contact with support and spoke with Mariadel, who promptly addressed our concerns and questions and also unlocked some additional features for us. She was very helpful and competent - just as one would wish. I am excited to see how our customers will find the integration and look forward to the first messages and opportunities that will arise from it. Wir haben die App gerade erst installiert und integriert, aber wir können jetzt schon sagen, dass die Funktionen wirklich vielfältig sind und die Apps allgemein von Channelwill scheinbar alle mehr enthalten als man zuerst denkt. Wir hatten direkt auch Kontakt mit dem Support und sprachen mit Mariadel, die sich sofort um unsere Anliegen und Fragen kümmerte und uns auch einige weitere Features freigeschaltet hat. Sie war sehr hilfebereit und kompetent - wie man es sich wünscht. Ich bin gespannt wie unsere Kunden die Integration finden und freue mich schon auf die ersten Nachrichten und Möglichkeiten, die sich dadurch eröffnen.
