This is a fantastic app with excellent service. On this occasion, they assisted me with a rather personal matter, and they did so without a hint of annoyance, looking after me right until the end. Awesome App! Mia was really quick and helpful when I needed a question answered. The only thing I would love added on this app is the see what the customers are opening up while on chat. That way I can help navigate customers to a purchase.

We used the App for some time and had a very good experience. It's not a gigantic suite, rather an App focused on doing what it is designed for. Developers are keen to hear you and add features that make sense. Customer support is great. Overall a fantastic App worth trying. We uninstall due to different reasons, but will certainly consider re-installing in future.
