The best customer support! I had a question late lastnight, and someone got back to me right away this morning. This is a great service for instant downloads. It's easy-to-use and set up. I haven't had any problems with customers receiving their orders...as far as I can tell, it's immediate, just as it should be. I was using a different setup through another company and constantly had issues with customers not receiving their downloads right away. But this works perfectly! I just realized that there is also a link I can put on my site for customers to click on if they've lost their download email. This is super handy, as I know from experience, customers sometimes accidentally delete or lose their order emails. This will save me a ton of time in the long run.

I switched to SendOwl because my other digital media processor closed shop and to be honest, I wish I would have gone with SendOwl first. These guys are the best app for digital file delivery, period. Their support was great and their sales team hooked me up with a subscription that fit our needs which even saved me a couple of bucks per month from my other processor. Thanks guys!

I never write reviews but I wanted to write one for SendOwl. My business lives or dies based on how well digital files are delivered to my clients. I've used SendOwl since day one and it's always worked perfectly. It's chocked full of features (without being confusing) and provides a clean and simple experience for your customers. Plus, they respond quickly and helpfully when you email them (which you won't have to do often because SendOwl works great). If you need to deliver digital products these are the guys to do it.

I've been using SendOwl for over 2 years and I can't say enough good things about it! The setup was so easy and it works seamlessly with my Shopify store. Anytime I've had a question, needed to upgrade etc., George and his team have been quick to respond and solve my issues. The SendOwl customer service is top notch, which is just as important to me as an app that does what I need it to do. Fabulous!

We looked at everyone Supplying digital downloads and then tested their systems during development . Sendowl is without doubt the most elegant solution to anyone selling digital files with Shopify. It is quite simply a perfect and seamless system - Add to that MOSS capability and brilliant support and it's the biggest no-brainer in the app store - Try them and LOVE them !

SendOwl has been a godsend for me. I sell PDF ebooks and the only practical way to protect them is with PDF stamping. SendOwl quickly and easily stamps these ebooks (some as large as 70 MB) with the customer's name and order info for easy tracking. SendOwl also allows me to provide download of my audiobooks and videos to my customers, too. Working with George Palmer is an absolute delight, too. If you are looking for an incredible platform for delivery of your digital products your search stops here. This is by far the best on shopify especially if you have many digital products. Other apps force you to upload the files to their servers whereas sendowl lets you host the files on your own server. This will save you a lot of money since you would otherwise be forced to pay a premium for the storage space. Their customer service is the top notch. I reported a bug and they fixed it within a day!

We have been using this app for almost two years now and we can't say nothing bad about Send owl! The app features allot of cool tools like digital files, software, license codes, reporting analysis area and allot more. At our website we sell digital downloads for Music Producers so it was very important for us to find an app that could delivery files automatically after purchase 100% of the time. And Send owl has done this for us. Recently we ran our of cloud storage but we contacted Send Owl support and they transferred us to a higher plan! So if you're selling digital files we will recommend you to use Send Owl. Great app, great service!

UPDATE: I've now been using Sendowl for 12 years. We think it's flawless. But when we do have a problem, support has always gone above and beyond. Couldn't be happier. From 2013: Hard to know which is better...the app or the support. George is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond. There's a tiny learning curve to the app, but once you've jumped to small hurdle, it's a fabulously easy program to use from our end. I've gotten feedback from customers and they've also felt it's worked easily for them. But...today I fell absolutely in love with Digital Delivery because I'd accidentally uploaded the wrong pdf file for a product. A customer clued me in. I went into Digital Delivery, uploaded the correct file...and THEN Digital Delivery automatically asked me if I'd like them to send an email to all customers who'd purchased that particular PDF, sending them a link to the correct file. OMG!! Do you know how much time that saved me? I was soooooooo happy to see that. Definitely couldn't recommend the program more. Wish i could give it 10 stars!! UPDATE: Have been using the app for a month now. It works flawlessly. And George continues to offer truly the best, most helpful customer service, ever. Ran into problems when I installed a new app, and George found the problem in no time at all. Also have to add that I had noooooo idea that my customers were going to love our downloadable products as much as they do. It's made a huge difference in sales. Thanks, SendOwl and George!

We absolutely adore this App! More than 75% of our products are digital, and we've used it now for nearly 2 years. We've been so pleased with it's performance. We've had only a couple of issues, and once brought to the makers attention, were addressed lightning fast!!! Excellent customer service. We'll be users of this App for good!

That's not all :) - I LOVE the easy setup/integration as new user - FRIENDLIEST E-Mail Customer Service you ever experienced - Powerful PDF-Stamp intellectual property protection - Integration with non-Shopify sites (e.g. ClickBank / other websites) Background: Just launched my Tools4Wisdom digital planner download website with zero experience and already started making daily sales through the Digital Delivery App. Add products is simple through this app now and I can't wait to fully automate 100% of my source of income... Famous last words: It took me 10 years to overcome my self-doubts to launch an automated online business... It took me 10 hours to setup up my Tools4Wisdom digital downloads store ... It THEN took me 1 hour to install and setup the Digital Delivery App - and another 1 hour wait to receive my first automated digital order! $pectacular ! :)
