This app is very easy to use and has great pre built layouts to choose from. I would definitely recommend the app to anyone who is looking to improve the back-end of their site i.e cart recovery emails.

Fantastic application for cart abandonment and once setup, you can let it run in the back and do it's thing! Great support from the team too - very impressed. All at a great price too - very happy

Easy to use and set up. Great for beginners. some of the customizations could be better like when you change the words in a preset Discount code it doesn't center and looks off if you don't use the exact amount of characters.

I paid for your app and now you've blocked access from me? Why? I was uploading customer lists for a new newsletter. I have been using your application for many, many months....

I spent hours trying to get all of the functionality of the app to work. The exit popups, yes that worked. The emails?......nope. Even though the app indicated it was sending them out, the test cases that I sent to myself never arrived. The video tutorials aren't particularly helpful. What this app really needs is much much better documentation, perhaps in a detailed pdf format. Add to that canned responses to some of the questions I asked and that lead me to remove the app and go try something else. Good luck if you can get it to work.

The customer service was excellent and very helpful. The app works also well and is worth the price.

No-Brainer!! I've been using this app now for a little while, and I HIGHLY recommend it!! It's so easy to use, very user-friendly (not like email providers at all!) I was inspired to write this review after I thought I needed customer service. They replied to my email on a SUNDAY- WHAT???!! AMAZING! They continue to add features that save time and money from having to buy and install other apps too. This is one of THEE most important apps you can get. Just do it!

I am very glad :) Very good application. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to resolve email campaigns automatically. UPDATE: Unfortunately there is very often this error "Unable to send test email, please try again". Sometimes only the time solve the problem...it works the day after.

So far so good - seems to be better than the other apps we used to do the same job.

This is handy to have if you're using Shopify's basic plan, which doesn't include automated cart recovery.

Wow! Really satisfied with the app. Definitely worth the $8/month. Email templates are easy to customize (to customize it 100% you need to know to write/change the code a little, but small learning curve). We're using Shopify PRO plan (which has cart abandoned cart recovery option) but it's very poor: with this app you can customize e-mail templates + set the time frames + you can send multiple emails + you can track the carts so you have a good statistics. Recommend 101%
