I just started using this app and within just a few hours, I can already see it in action and is working! I wish I would have added this a long time ago! I was a little confused in setting it up at first, although now that I have done it, it is rather easy to do. The customer service here is impecable and they helped me out with multiple questions I had. I highly recommend this!

Great app and great support! I wasn't too sure what difference a cart recovery tool would make, but so far we had 4 abandoned carts, and 1 was recovered from the auto-email! This tool will definitely put money in your pocket.

I just installed it and I already can tell this app with it's settings and e-mail templates is going to do it's best to recover sales from abandoned carts. Bravo!

ok, that totally worked!!! installed last night, already recovered about 4 orders. VERY happy. that said, i would suggest to the developers that they look into the customization end please. the first, second, third email buttons were a bit buggy, and the CTA button for the cart was really challenging to customize without it just disappearing. that said, i HIGHLY recommend this app. really love the contact us feature as well. definitely a keeper. :)

I just installed the app and did a test email and it worked nicely except for one thing but I sent an email to support to have it checked. I like the fact that you can send up to 3 emails to customers and have them all different and sent at different times.

So far so good. Building the emails is a great tool. Scheduling them is easy as well. You are able to send 3 scheduled emails to each abandoned cart customer!

This app is easy to use, provides the capability to send THREE different e-mails, scheduled at different times (which is supposedly a "best practice" and yet many other abandoned cart apps do not do this), and seems to be effective. I'm like 3 days into my free trial for an $8 app and the program has already recovered $30 of sales for me. Definitely seems worth it! Update: Now that I'm really in the full swing of thigns with this app, I love it even more. In the last 30 days, this app has helped me recover more than $1,000 in lost sales. Depending on your volume that might or might not be a big deal, but man, for $8 a month, that's a pretty mighty ROI.

Very convenient, saves me a lot of time and is easy to use. I would recommend it to anybody looking to increase their sales.

All I can say is WOW! Second day into trying the app and we recovered an abandoned cart sale worth $381.00. I thought we had lost it but this app and the email we sent out through the app recovered the sale. WOW! Clarence Laguna Candles Sales & marketing Director

Just during the 21 days free trial, this app recovered over than 500$ abandoned orders. We will keep it for sure !! Thank you for this great app !!

Very cool app. Much more sophisticated than the standard boxed version of Shopify's. We're still getting used to it because there are so many features, but really like it so far. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about reducing their cart abandonment rate. Very cool again.

A very useful app and easy to use so far. This helps to automate emails to ask if my customers need any help or had issues ordering from my site. As a new business, I often come across errors in our site development that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and a customer would be lost. Was the price too high? Was the coupon code not working? We need to know. We want to offer customers a thank you for that and second chance. This gives us the ability to do so at a VERY reasonable price.
