This app is easy to use, provides the capability to send THREE different e-mails, scheduled at different times (which is supposedly a "best practice" and yet many other abandoned cart apps do not do this), and seems to be effective. I'm like 3 days into my free trial for an $8 app and the program has already recovered $30 of sales for me. Definitely seems worth it! Update: Now that I'm really in the full swing of thigns with this app, I love it even more. In the last 30 days, this app has helped me recover more than $1,000 in lost sales. Depending on your volume that might or might not be a big deal, but man, for $8 a month, that's a pretty mighty ROI.

All I can say is WOW! Second day into trying the app and we recovered an abandoned cart sale worth $381.00. I thought we had lost it but this app and the email we sent out through the app recovered the sale. WOW! Clarence Laguna Candles Sales & marketing Director

Been using the test for a few days and so far this is a great app for my Shopify store!! I knew I was missing orders when people didn't fully checkout and now I have a way to re-engage those customers and hopefully get a few to checkout! :)

Very cool app. Much more sophisticated than the standard boxed version of Shopify's. We're still getting used to it because there are so many features, but really like it so far. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about reducing their cart abandonment rate. Very cool again.

Love the app!! its has already recovered 3 sales for my store. It does all the work for you, easy to setup and it send out emails within minutes of customers leaving your store to get them to come back. You can add coupons or special offers to make sure you close the sale a second time.

A very useful app and easy to use so far. This helps to automate emails to ask if my customers need any help or had issues ordering from my site. As a new business, I often come across errors in our site development that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and a customer would be lost. Was the price too high? Was the coupon code not working? We need to know. We want to offer customers a thank you for that and second chance. This gives us the ability to do so at a VERY reasonable price.

Perfect app we have already tried another shop cart abandon app on our shop: http://instant-famous.com but we have fast changed with the Abandonment Protector. Its working great and the subscription price is very accessible.

Well - We have installed this App VERY easily which is good. Has been up & running for 8 days now and we can see in more depth what is happening on our shopping cart.I have no idea as to industry averages, but the Shopify Dashboard showed us that of the people who placed items into our cart, half didn't complete. That is a huge number. So far - I can now see who these people are and EVERY one of these people are now getting an email with a special return discount if they come back and shop with us. Out of these - 12.5% have done just that thanks to "Abondonment Protector". Very pleased, especially as this is a new website for us and feel this App will help hugely and will keep using it past it's free trial

Downloaded the app as an alternative to Shopify's baked in functionality. We don't use Gift Cards, so it does not make sense for us to pay $20 extra/month just for the Abandoned Cart feature. This seems like a cost-effective alternative.
