To clarify, the charge you mentioned was generated because the annual plan was activated. According to Shopify’s billing system, once a subscription (including annual billing) is activated, Shopify will still process the charge even if the app is later uninstalled. This is part of Shopify’s billing mechanism and is not something app developers are able to override or cancel directly. We fully understand how concerning this may feel, but please rest assured this is not a “free plan charge” issue or an unauthorized charge from our side.
