We checked our system, and we were unable to find a support request from your store prior to uninstalling the app. Based on your description, it is possible that the issue is related to the Site Speed Up feature and/or the XML/HTML sitemap module that was enabled during usage, which may leave generated code or sitemap links on the theme after uninstall. Please don’t worry — this can be fully resolved. Our technical team can help you remove all residual code and clean up the sitemap-related content from your theme to ensure everything is properly restored. Update. They have now refunded....so all is good......They have promised to improve the response for refunds. ....great app but not good when try to get refund...they use every single excuse.....and shopify as bad...none taking responsibility and Ive had too pay for two months to SEOWill just to be able to get the website live again.

I fully understand how this situation has been stressful for you. To clarify, Shopify’s billing system does not allow app developers to directly remove or cancel invoices once they are generated. This is also why, in earlier stages, when payment had not yet been completed, we were only able to issue credits in accordance with Shopify’s policy rather than directly refunding or reversing charges. From what we can see now, your invoice has already been paid, and your store is still on an active paid subscription. Please kindly note that as long as the paid plan remains active, Shopify will continue generating charges according to their billing cycle. That said, we still absolutely want to help resolve this properly for you. We are still willing to arrange a refund where applicable and support you in resolving the issue as smoothly as possible. There is no other app and management as spoiled as this. When I discovered it in 2024, I was buying extra AI credits and using them to create SEO like titles and meta for product pages, and I was very satisfied. I bought 2600 extra credits to edit my pages, then I saw they were reset. They told me credits reset every month, and I told them that I bought these with an extra payment, and they unlocked my credits. Then they said the Pro plan has a 2000 page limit and that this does not reset monthly. When I bought these credits, there was no such rule. I used my credits on the free plan for 3 months because I paid extra money for these credits; they were not monthly credits given to me. Then they increased each listing from 2 credits to 4 credits. In short, it might be usable for people with few listings, but this is not an app worth paying $50 per month for 500 credits. They used to be more modest and helpful; now, even though they sell credits, they are never helpful. In short, it is absolutely not worth the money.

Very disappointed. The Pro Plan says 2000 images per month, but the app stopped at only 704 and claimed the quota was full. Support gave excuses and did not fix the issue. Misleading app.

The application doesn't even deserve a star, with a 60 dollar per month plan, only bugs, nothing works, it's the most useless application I've ever used, the support service is just as disgusting, doesn't answer questions after hours of waiting, even with reminders every 5 minutes, in any case be careful.
