Uninstalled this app and it left loads of code and "html sitemap products link that I can not remove.

We checked our system, and we were unable to find a support request from your store prior to uninstalling the app. Based on your description, it is possible that the issue is related to the Site Speed Up feature and/or the XML/HTML sitemap module that was enabled during usage, which may leave generated code or sitemap links on the theme after uninstall. Please don’t worry — this can be fully resolved. Our technical team can help you remove all residual code and clean up the sitemap-related content from your theme to ensure everything is properly restored. Update. They have now refunded....so all is good......They have promised to improve the response for refunds. ....great app but not good when try to get refund...they use every single excuse.....and shopify as bad...none taking responsibility and Ive had too pay for two months to SEOWill just to be able to get the website live again.

I fully understand how this situation has been stressful for you. To clarify, Shopify’s billing system does not allow app developers to directly remove or cancel invoices once they are generated. This is also why, in earlier stages, when payment had not yet been completed, we were only able to issue credits in accordance with Shopify’s policy rather than directly refunding or reversing charges. From what we can see now, your invoice has already been paid, and your store is still on an active paid subscription. Please kindly note that as long as the paid plan remains active, Shopify will continue generating charges according to their billing cycle. That said, we still absolutely want to help resolve this properly for you. We are still willing to arrange a refund where applicable and support you in resolving the issue as smoothly as possible.
