Cancellation of Paid Package: You mentioned that you canceled the package on July 19, but were charged again. The charge you noticed from July 4 to August 3 is normal, as it was within the billing cycle. However, these charges have already been refunded. Refund Not Received: We understand that you have not yet seen the refund reflected in your bank account.
