Great app! Very user friendly once it's all set up. I made a video appointment with Leonardo and he was very patience to walk me through the whole set up. He's very smart and knowledgably of all the questions I had. I highly recommend Sesami app!

We use it to book appointments but there is no card hold option (for no shows) and the code has some weird bugs.

So lucky to have stumbled upon Sesami :) It is very easy to use, so easy that I build my website in less than 2 weeks. The booking system is also very well thought out. The previous booking system I used had a very complicated interface so I am glad I made this switch. Thank you Mariana for the fast response and helping me fix the integration issues in less than a day.

I really love this simple booking system, I also really appreciate their prompt support when I had a little hiccup. I use Sesami on 2 seperate websites and it's just so simple and effective.

We used this app for free appointment booking, support and custom service was quick, relevant, with great follow up. Happy to have chosen Sesami. Hope they get more sync features with Langify for multi language, however support team found great workarounds for us in the meantime

Sesami was the best option for us when looking for a booking app. They treat the appointments like products which allows for price control, discounting, and purchase history within the customers' Shopify profile, along with anything else the customer has bought. It's a perfect CRM option. The best "feature" has been their customer service. They are very helpful and willing to work with you until things are set up and working as you intended

I love this app! Easy to use, integrates well and helps automate all scheduling. I do wish you could set up automated emails along with the initial appointment email which is why I give 4 stars not 5.

This is by far the best scheduling app for Shopify stores. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They worked with me as though they were my personal developers to solve an issue that kept presenting itself when I did theme updates. The app works great; the service is top notch and I would recommend Sesami to anyone needing to add a scheduling service to their site.

I used this app to schedule my massages activity and it works well. If there is a bug the support team is amazing to support you. It would be nice if the app has a stand-alone Sesami portal to log into and work with the staff.

Not the most technical person so I stumbled upon a few problems/questions which were all swiftly solved by Aymane on their support team. Haven't used the app for too long but if it works as well as their customer service, then the future with Sesami seems bright!

Best appointment booking app we found. An overview of the months in calendar would be nice instead of just day by day. Maybe intergrations with Smile Loyalty and HubSpot CRM would be an improvement
