After some problems enabling the button for other product and collection pages customer support helped us to solve it. I have to say that we received support, including from top management, to make work what we wanted to do in our ecommerce. Meaning they care about make their product be useful for your business. They have been making some improvements to the functionality, so we feel they are a good partner to go with in the long run.

We're happy we got connected almost instantly, verified that Sesami is compatible with the Impulse 2.0 theme out of the box and we got to find the issue you've been experiencing. Sesami loads on the product page it's been already added to. In your case (great idea!) you wanted to have the button on a product theme section just under another product. With 2.0 theme architecture, that should be a common workflow and we'll make sure to provide the proper documentation and the solution from now on. Honestly didn’t know customer service could ever be this good. The app is pretty good but there’s a lot of things that were lacking upon install (mostly just me not understand how it worked) but I instantly received help even before asking for it. Since then Ehsan and his team have kept helping me and pretty much set up the perfect booking system on my store. Right now Sesami works in ways I didn’t think were possible and the team is still busy making it better daily. If you think this app won’t suit your needs, just email the Sesami team because you’re most likely wrong. Best booking app on Shopify.

I had Sesami before and I uninstalled because the app didn't meet an important need that my business had, I downloaded many apps but after a year I had to go back with Sesami... and I can't be more grateful! They worked on options so they can fulfill my company needs, they have done WAY MORE than they had to so I can have all the services and if I keep going I won't stop. if you want an app with excellent customers service dedicated on helping you and your business grow this is the app that you need!

I recently switched to Sesami to handle my strategy session bookings. It was easy to set up and has a simple client-facing interface. I had some questions during my set up and both the customer support and development team went above and beyond to help me out!

I used this app to coordinate in-person class scheduling on my website. The support staff is INCREDIBLE and I was able to quickly get my whole schedule up and running just the way I hoped it would function.

Aymane was excellent! I was having issues making my calendar availability visible and in a few minutes he found the issue and resolved it for me :) All through online chat. Without his amazing customer service I would have given up altogether. It was great to have real person to offer service 24/7 :)

This is such a great app so I am going to give it 5 stars. Their customer service is super on point and they have always gone out of their way to hop on a call if needed. I am 48 and sometimes these other apps will just send you over instructions that seem like its in another language that I don't understand. But sesame goes out of there way to walk me through it so it engrains in my brain. The only advice I would offer them for the future, is if when you click on "select time", and it goes to the dates and times available, I wish there was a feature I could put the name of each class. But regardless, I found a workaround and I am still sticking with sesame.

Easy to use, suitable for salon and massage businesses. The main benefit of this app the to allow customer to be able to select and purchase products or services for a time frame / slot

Sesami was a huge solve for us at Hydrow. By integrating scheduling and payment into our current Shopify stack, we were able to launch a new time-based product (Hydrow Personal Coaching) without disrupting our other backend fulfillment processes for physical goods, saving us literally hundreds of development hours. On the nitty gritty, Sesami's customer service is responsive and competent, and the app does exactly what it should — it's intuitive, simple, and easy for our staff to use for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations (and the flow to Shopify is seamless). Excellent product.

The Sesami team is AMAZING. Any time I've run into issues, Ehsan has always gone above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue and figure out a solution. I was extremely nervous to switch from our old appointment booking platform (which we had been using for the past 9 years) to Sesami, but the incredible support from this team has put me at complete ease. They held my hand every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition and continues to offer incredible customer service as we learn the system and figure out how best to manage our workflow. I used this app to help my clients book one on one dance sessions with me. I was able to set up my team and their available calendars with ease. The only problem I encountered was on my actual website. The ‘Select Date and Time’ button was not visible (it was the same color as my background, giving me a bunch of sessions with no dates booked. I reached out to the Sesami customer service chat and was connected with Mariana who responded quickly in letting me know what the problem was and how to fix it. She sent it to the Technical Team to have the color changed. She informed me that it would take up to five business days to complete. I ended up heading back from Mariana hours later, letting me know that it had fixed and should be active on my site. Which it is. I am giving this app four stars, because I think that it would be nice if we were giving the opportunity to select colors on our own. But customer service is pretty quick, so it’s not a hassle. Overall, the entire process of speaking to customer service was very easy and user friendly. Thank you :-)

I wish we could use this app, it is very clean and simple to use. For anyone doing single-day appointments, this looks like a winner. Here's why we are unable to use this app: Sesami does not seem to allow for multi-day courses to be scheduled. We offer DIY fishing rod building classes and the classes span 2-3 sessions over 2-3 days. Additionally, we need the ability to only show available booking dates rather than a big calendar with sparsely-placed classes (these classes are on the order of once a month). Thanks for considering these features in the future, we would love to revisit Sesami!

We just added this app to help with setting up Virtual fittings since our brand has moved to online only due to COVID. I'm so please with the ease of installation, integration, and set up. I ran into an issue with setting the duration and support was quick and they fixed the problem for me and also sent me a tutorial video for how to do it in the future.

Save your time and download Tipo booking instead. Downloaded Sesami for my site, it worked at first, and then I was unable to see any of my available appointment times on my product page. After a week of trying to contact Sesami customer report and receiving no help or calls back, I decided to delete the app and try another. Don't waste your time, there will be no help provided when you need it.
Hey there Emily, We're sorry to hear this! We do try our best to get to all the support tickets as fast as possible. We did promptly replied to your emails in the last couple of few days to resolve your issue. In regards to your issue: The reason you don't have a time slot available on the calendar is because you had a synced event on your Google Calendar. If you block a time on your Google Calendar it will also be blocked from Sesami too (as intended). This was indicated to you over the two support tickets that we have been replying back and forth with you (Support ticket #4836 and #4853). In addition, we have called you back and left voicemails when you did not pick up the phone. Unfortunately this was a bad case of telephone tag - you call us and we are not available, we call you back and you are not available. We admit we should have done a better job in helping you. We want to make it right. Our exec team will reach out and will not only troubleshoot that issue but also show you how Sesami can help your business run better. I am very happy with it so far, it works very well and is easy to use. The free option is very good, does what I need it to do at the moment and I'll probably upgrade when the additional features are needed.
