Looks like a great app, but a bit tricky in my particular case: integrate it in WordPress. But your support is quick to answer which is good!

Great app and good service, Ehsan is quick to respond to the issues and the rest of the team were very helpful in resolving an issue we had due to our custom theme.

Sesami is perfect for my website, I'm using it to schedule in store shopping appointments. The staff at Sesami was very helpful answering questions I had.

Using this app to book in store Video Consultations with clients during COVID. So it has been quite helpful. Had it for 2 weeks so far.

We use this app with the advantage of income integration. It performs very well at the Medium Plan for us with the customer rescheduling/cancel feature with automatic refunds. What is missing though, is the ability to share the sesami calendar from a browser for reception to see daily. Currently you must have permissions to log in to the sesami control panel within shopify to do this. It would be very easy to create a shareable link to the sesami calendar if it resides on a server somewhere. There is also some disconnect when customers choose 'any available'. Sesami doesn't show all available times so those appointments are all going to one team member without fair distribution. We did google calendar integration with all team members and had them share to one bogus calendar we have logged in at the reception. So a few kinks to work out for full functionality at $49/mo, but this is really the absolute best solution out there right now. Time slots are attributed to team members so you can assign multiple team members to a single item. Most other apps attribute time slots to the item and only let one member control it.

I have emailed them an inquiry if they could add free consultation sessions and stylist schedules without Adding to Cart and Check Out like a transaction. I got an email and asked if I could provide collaborator code which I happily replied right away. That was a week ago and I am as yet to hear form anyone. I published the app and showed it to everyone in my team from marketing to sales. They all found the interface was not exactly user-friendly and super weird to ask for check out a shopping cart when the consultation is free. There was probably a way to solve it but due to the lack of response, I was never able to get the help I was asking for. It left me with no choice but to delete the app. It's frustrating when an app doesn't have a chat function to walk you through any question and worse, being unresponsive in email replied. The app supposes to make booking appointment easy but unfortunately it just doesn't work out for my company.
Hey Julie, Sorry to hear that your experience with Sesami has not been what you had expected. Although I just checked the communication history and I saw we did reply to your two emails on Wednesday and Thursday within hours. And for the collab access, we requested if you can kindly share the request code on Thursday at 09:01 am EST which we didn't heard back from you. Regarding the checkout, you are right that it's not the best user experience having customers going though it while booking a free appointment. However to achieve the best integration with Shopify and track all customers' touch point, we create our appointments out of Shopify orders. Which comes so useful when using the data to create customized journeys and personalizations. Just installed, but very pleased so far with the results! Dashboard is WAY easier and more intuitive than previous apps we've tried. Customer service was quick to help resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using Sesami for a little bit, Its pretty easy to use. I have need to touch base with support on 2 occasions and the service was great. They got back to me almost instantly and fixed all the problems I had right away. I would recommend.

Great customer service and I like the principle of the app. I'd made a previous review saying "it is a little slow to load the 'select time' on the service page in question so customers have been adding the service to basket which causes extra admin to get them booked onto specific time slots but hopefully this will improve.". Aymane reached out upon reading my review to let me know they could fix this for my site and offered to implement it for me. Exceptional service!

Looked good at first sight but problems getting it working (wouldn't recognise customers when trying to add appointments via the app rather than customers booking themselves on website). Support has been difficult to raise and keep engaged on our problem.

I had some issues with setting up the calendar, the Sesami team fixed it quickly and with any issues. Works great now. I really could not say enough good about the experience. Tim K

Had an issue at the beginning with how I set up the bookings however the customer service was amazing - prompt and supportive. I was able to resolve and fix the issue in a timely manner. Something I expected to take a while to resolve and almost gave up. Appreciate the support that comes with using Sesami!

Just installed Sesami and it looks good so far, although the YouTube tutorial screens look a bit different to mine. Haven't worked out how to manage our service yet e.g. buffer times.

This is a great booking app works good with multi-users, nice interface, which would be even better for customising the colour/ theme! Also the CS is really helpful!! Thanks a lot!!

We needed a last minute booking/appointment app, the free version works well and simple setup. There was a few page load issues(admin panel), that we resolved with a theme update. Their support got back to us within a few hours.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! Wouldn't let me give a 1 out of 5. After having been in business for 8 years, this has been the worst costumer service I have ever received. Not only did Sesami not deliver in three months what was promised to be completed in two weeks, but they also stopped responding to my emails. As a small business owner, losing revenue is a real problem. The Sesami team was completely inconsiderate of the fact that their lack of organization was costing my business money.
