This app shows timezones in the country of the person viewing which enables my students in Japan and around the world to see my schedule here in Ireland, in their own timezone. The group appointment feature also enables multiple students to book the same time slot for group meetings. The customer service is fantastic. I'm so glad I found sesami, thanks to the team for all their time and effort :)

I personally prefer calendly's design, but Sesami gets the job done with a proper integration. Sesami's back-end UX is fantastic, but its front-end is a bit boring, wouldn't cost them much to do a revamp for customer experience sake.

While we are indeed considering a new calendar type in addition to the current one, we truly love the unique one we built. It's the most neutral calendar for booking services. The closest thing to one's personal calendar. Having said that, it may not be the best choice for certain business cases.

We just added this app to help with setting up Virtual fittings since our brand has moved to online only due to COVID. I'm so please with the ease of installation, integration, and set up. I ran into an issue with setting the duration and support was quick and they fixed the problem for me and also sent me a tutorial video for how to do it in the future.

I used this app to help my client book Reiki sessions. I've been with other plugin/app providers before and decided to switch to Sesami due to their ease of use and customer support. They are an extremely helpful and smart group of people who continue to amaze me with their knowledge, and understanding of appointment booking on Shopify! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Save your time and download Tipo booking instead. Downloaded Sesami for my site, it worked at first, and then I was unable to see any of my available appointment times on my product page. After a week of trying to contact Sesami customer report and receiving no help or calls back, I decided to delete the app and try another. Don't waste your time, there will be no help provided when you need it.

Hey there Emily, We're sorry to hear this! We do try our best to get to all the support tickets as fast as possible. We did promptly replied to your emails in the last couple of few days to resolve your issue. In regards to your issue: The reason you don't have a time slot available on the calendar is because you had a synced event on your Google Calendar. If you block a time on your Google Calendar it will also be blocked from Sesami too (as intended). This was indicated to you over the two support tickets that we have been replying back and forth with you (Support ticket #4836 and #4853). In addition, we have called you back and left voicemails when you did not pick up the phone. Unfortunately this was a bad case of telephone tag - you call us and we are not available, we call you back and you are not available. We admit we should have done a better job in helping you. We want to make it right. Our exec team will reach out and will not only troubleshoot that issue but also show you how Sesami can help your business run better. Everything about the app is great except for one major issue. People cannot choose a custom time if booking multiple hours. For instance if someone wants a 4 hr block the times available wil be 12-4, 4-8, 8-12. So if someone wanted to book 2-6 they cant which im really upset that i didnt know before hand

In this particular situation that you are describing, we decided long ago that in order to streamline and create an easy-to-use interface for customers, our app will automatically create the maximum number of timeslots based on the availability you have set and the length of your service. The thought process behind this is that we want to make it as quick and easy as possible for you, as the merchant, to maximize your time being booked, and in turn, maximum revenue. I am very happy with it so far, it works very well and is easy to use. The free option is very good, does what I need it to do at the moment and I'll probably upgrade when the additional features are needed.

App seams very good but I got some problems as both add to cart and book a appointment shows for the same item. This because shopify has the feature "add to cart" on all created products. I have however received wonderful help from Sesami support to solve this problem. Super happy about the customer support

So far so good. Haven’t used it too much but it appears to be doing the job. However it doesn’t allow me to access my admin panel until a review is made- this should be optional

I enjoy the app however the free version has some frustrating areas. The save button on the calendar is easily forgotten using a phone, the dates don’t stay fixed they move from what’s been selected.

App is ok, sends all the emails in a dark mode and the tech support tells you to change your outlook settings. That does not help on the customers end. Squishes and distorts your email and logo. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Hi Crystal, we've already been talking to you about your issue and we both came to the conclusion (yourself and our team here at Sesami) that this is not a Sesami app issue but is actually the mail client. Sesami emails do not enable dark mode on email clients. In addition, you have confirmed that when using an email client (Gmail in this instance), the error you have reported does not occur.
