We just installed the app, we like it so far, had some technical issues at first but starting to figure it out.

Had an issue at the beginning with how I set up the bookings however the customer service was amazing - prompt and supportive. I was able to resolve and fix the issue in a timely manner. Something I expected to take a while to resolve and almost gave up. Appreciate the support that comes with using Sesami!

Just installed Sesami and it looks good so far, although the YouTube tutorial screens look a bit different to mine. Haven't worked out how to manage our service yet e.g. buffer times.

Great Customer Service. Very quick and problem-solving. I couldn't figure out the set up and they fixed it for me.

We needed a last minute booking/appointment app, the free version works well and simple setup. There was a few page load issues(admin panel), that we resolved with a theme update. Their support got back to us within a few hours.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! Wouldn't let me give a 1 out of 5. After having been in business for 8 years, this has been the worst costumer service I have ever received. Not only did Sesami not deliver in three months what was promised to be completed in two weeks, but they also stopped responding to my emails. As a small business owner, losing revenue is a real problem. The Sesami team was completely inconsiderate of the fact that their lack of organization was costing my business money.

Great app and awesome customer support! I had some issue with it conflicting with my theme but the rep at Sesami was all over it and got the whole developer team involved to make it work.

Great customer service and fast customization, specific to our needs. We starting using this app since we added in-store appointments while our shop is operating at limited capacity due to COVID.

To reply to some of your points: - The time slots that are generated in your Sesami calendar are based on the availability you set as well as the duration of your services. So for example if you have a 1 hour booking service and you set your availability to 2pm to 5pm, you would see time slots : 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. Send us a message and we'll do our best to help you get your time slots looking like the way you would like. - In regards to your comment about being overpriced - like all business expenses in this category, the value is really based on how much time do you believe you will save and how much more revenue you will generate using an app like Sesami per month. If you believe that it will be more than $50 worth of time a month, then maybe Sesami is an app that you might want to use. If not, that's okay - we have a $0 and a $19 plan that might be interesting to you. The Sesami Team

Absolutely fantastic support, we encountered an issue on our end when setting everything up and the tech team at Sesami created a video tutorial to walk us through our specialized requirements. The app works perfectly for us and love the interface. One piece of advise from the consumer end would be to change the advertising video as this nearly turned us off of the product.

I had a problem with Sesami. Well, I thought I was a problem. Turned out I didn’t understand how the functionality operated. The excellent team at Sesami explained things to me and then “Voilà!” I was able to set up my store’s appointment-based services the way I wanted.

I use this app for booking tutors. Works great and they are always available to answer your questions! They have got pricier over the years and as such have moved my rating to 4 stars.

I easily installed the app but had trouble getting the calendar to show on my product page. The customer support was super helpful and now, the app is running on the site. It took me a little while to figure out the back end of the app--where things are located is not super intuitive--but now that I get it, it's easy to change.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of support offered by Sesami. Any and all questions have been addressed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are constantly working to provide excellence for their clients, whether you're a clothing boutique (which we are), a spa, or other. It is user friendly for our clients and works on our bilingual site (EN/FR).

I like the interface, and the app works better than others I have compared it to, but I wish I could schedule more than one appointment in a time slot without having to create more "team members," as our appointments are not specific to a person and I think that will confuse people. Also I wish it had the option to add additional details, such as if the person is bringing extra people along.
