It used to be a helpful tool for our customers. However, Sezzle disabled our account without notification and when I tried to reconnect it, I was told we violate their policies by selling CBD. It's been at least a year since this happened and now I am told if we have gross monthly volume of 1 million dollars we can now apply for a Sezzle account. This is app is NO LONGER SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY.

Terrible terrible terrible experience. Holding payments for over a month while I "verify my payout account". The account has been added, and receives payments from every other BNPL host except this one. Support was useless. Gave me advice to remove and add back the accounts, which led to further errors and me having to verify my identity and provide more information. Truly can't say enough bad things. Avoid like the plague.

We didn't even complete the onboarding after hitting a brick wall and learning that on top of the 6.1% commissions, the platform that they operate under charges an additional 2%. It would have been great if you disclosed implied charges from all the partners that you work with from the beginning instead of making us spend days trying to troubleshoot things.

So far so good. Payments are right on time and also sezzel checks for fraud orders as well. Keep this up.

I chose Sezzle as a buy now, pay later option for my customers due to the price range of my products. I have received purchases of $600 or more and the fees dig so deeply into my profit that it makes no sense to have this as an option because after being charged almost $100 in fees my profits are going to Sezzle. Also, having to pay an additional $15 fee if I haven't received a purchase is just not fair. After Pay is much better. When I receive an order from a customer that chooses Sezzle as an option I automatically cringe due to the high fees. I will be removing Sezzle as an option. I will say, I have been hanging on due to the fact that all of my marketing materials promotes Sezzle as an option but it truly isn't working for me or the future health of my business.

Sezzle's fee's are standard however they added a monthly fee if you do not meet the monthly threshold. After using the app for a period of time it was not used enough by my customers to benefit keeping it with the monthly fee in place, therefore I had not choice but to remove the payment option. The Sezzle team reached out to me about closing my account and I explained that while I do think it's important to offer a payment plan option the fee's plus the monthly fee are simply too much for my small business to incur. Sezzle understood and offered to waive the monthly fee going forward if I decided to keep the app and also provided a link to help further help with conversion. In my opinion I think Sezzle should remove the monthly fee period. As you can see from many of the reviews it just is too much for most small businesses to lose. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the fees are still high in my opinion, especially because I also need currency conversion and get hit twice. Fees aside I am happy with the customer service they provided.

I initially deleted Sezzle and was extremely frustrated at being charged monthly when Sezzle wasn't used by a customer. The fees did not feel small-business friendly. I wanted to update my review, because upon trying other BNPL services, Sezzle was the only one to accept a small business. So, given the available options, it appears Sezzle is the best, after all. Thank you.

I've been using Sezzle for about a year and have been getting consistent sales from them. I find it easy to use and have no complaints.

Beware!! When you uninstall Sezzle from your online store and remove it as a payment method, they continue to charge you a $15 dollar fee monthly. Customer service refuses to help or offer a refund for pointless charges. Terrible. Make sure to close your account via the website so this doesn't happen to you.

The app works perfectly fine on the product page, 5/5 for that as other companies like Afterpay failed to do so. However, it doesn't work on the cart page and I have tried all the possible ways to do that.

Download their app and they charge you a hefty fee every month even if customers don't use their service. This fee that I did not know about reallyadded up after a year! Unin stall and the information remains on your website like the app was neveruninstalled! I wasn't aware of thus either and have just now contacted them requesting they they remove their information! Bad service and bad app!
