I am not really satisfied with this app, cause no one answers on my ticket problems and the orders I receive do not go to the clients, but I receive the payments. Can someone tell me if I must do something so my clients can get their orders ?
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that SHIONIMPORTER is a product import and synchronization app and does not automatically place supplier orders or handle fulfillment. After receiving an order in your Shopify store, you need to place the order manually on the supplier's website (such as SHEIN) using your customer's shipping address and complete the payment there. If your imported products are not appearing in Shopify or you have another technical issue, please contact our support team with your store URL and we will investigate it as a priority and help you get everything working again.
I had a few teething problems at first but once I sorted them out IMPORTING WAS A BREEZE. not a bad app to have and I love the bulk import feature. The variety of suppliers is good.

We’ve generally had a good experience with SHIONIMPORTER and it has helped us import a large number of products into our Shopify store over time. The system is usually straightforward to use and has been an important part of our workflow. However, recently we’ve started experiencing serious issues that are affecting our business operations. Products are sometimes importing with incorrect pricing, and there are frequent API credential mismatches that prevent products from publishing correctly to Shopify. This creates a major risk when running an active online store because pricing and stock accuracy are critical. The biggest concern is reliability and support availability. This morning, the entire system appeared to be down. We could not access the importer platform at all, and even the SHIONIMPORTER website/support links were unavailable. That means there was no way to submit a technical support request or report the issue. When a business depends on the platform daily for importing and fulfilling products, complete downtime without accessible support becomes extremely stressful. We understand that technical issues can happen, but there needs to be better system stability, communication during outages, and an alternative support method when the main website is offline. At the moment, it leaves users stuck with no updates and no way to continue working.

En plus ils ont un support qui reste a l'écoute.

Product importing is smooth, images and descriptions transfer perfectly, and the support team is fast, friendly, and very helpful whenever needed. Highly recommend ShionImporter to anyone running a fashion or dropshipping store!”
The app is very unreliable and works incorrectly most of the time. Product data is often imported wrong (variants, descriptions, pricing), which creates a lot of extra manual work. The Chrome extension is also buggy and doesn’t function consistently. Overall, it feels unfinished and not stable enough for serious use. Would not recommend if you want a smooth workflow.
This review is misleading. Shopify shows the app was used for only around 20 minutes, with no actual product imports or meaningful usage completed. The claims made here do not reflect real use of the app and appear intended only to damage our app’s reputation.
I like the concept of the app having a lot of vendors to choose from, my only complaint is that the app doesn't keep up with a accurate count of inventory. It doesn't let me know when something is out of stock or running low on stock and how many stock I have available for purchase. Other than that I love this app. I do recommend this app especially for fashion.

You can enable our Stock Monitoring feature, which automatically monitors supplier stock and price changes and updates your Shopify products accordingly. This helps track out-of-stock items, low inventory, and pricing updates in real time. We’re also continuing to improve inventory synchronization accuracy even further.
