Excellent App and the support is wonderful. I just received my first sample and it is gorgeous. However, the lighted base doesn't work. I contacted Live Agent, Bianca, and she has already arranged for a replacement. Very impressive indeed.

I am grateful for the resources that ShineOn provides for a beginner like myself. The Youtube video lessons have been so helpful, and they've always been so supportive in making sure that you have everything you need to get started and be successful.

Being new to ShineOn I expected a lot more confusion getting it up and running but there are plenty of articles to help get everything set up. I’m only on my 4th product now but so far it’s going very well.

There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card. The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

its very hard to maneuver should not be this difficult to make a purchase if i made it this difficult for customers to make a purchase from me i probably wouldnt get many repeat customers

I have had such a great experience working with ShineOn for my Etsy business. Products are never late, almost never incorrect. When I have an issue they are really easy to contact for customer support and offer same day solutions. I have every intention of continuing to use them as my manufacturer for the foreseeable future. I'm using ShineOn for about a year, so far so good : ) Besides the diverse products with a lot of potential and high profit margins that are posted from US and EU (short delivery time), the system is very interactive, motivating, supporting with a lot of tools, with a positive team keeping you on track with endless tutorials videos, live sessions especially with the poking emails when I feel demotivated :D Check their YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@ShineOnPOD to have an idea. With the personalising, upsell features in the app, you don't need extra apps to pay. The customer service is fast and trouble shooting. I'm very happy to be a part of ShineOn family.

This app is not user friendly and is very hard to navigate. Your tools for editing for posts does not work smoothly.
