Lots of high energy from staff on the lives.Takes a learning curve, templates for each product could be on the product description page making it eaiser to locate a particular template. overall I like the products and enthuasium

I have been using ShineOn for over a year now. Its super user friendly and the merchandise is top notch. They are not only a vender, but they provide training for free! I rated a 4 because they some of the recent changes that now require you to pay an upgrade for services that was free. There should have been a "grandfather" clause for those who were already affiliated with them. Other than that, I absolutely love this company.

I absolutely love the product and site. I design with Canva to create my art and upload it. The pixels for products are right there for me to design for sizing. My whole ShineOn experience as a beginner in e-commerce has been amazing! I will give one pain point: I do not like the scaled customer service of having to buy into the product discounts for customer service just to have questions answered. I feel that is unfair and not good for the brand. It is valid to pay extra if you want to scale faster, have a discount, early access to products, extra training, etc. I find it really wrong to have to pay more or extra to get customer service when we are selling a product as a vendor, or to have to wait days longer for customer service because you did not pay for it. Other than this, ShineOn is a great product!

So far so good on to my 3rd day and its working well. Cant seem to edit my custom image on the Shine-on App after publishing it though?... But otherwise pretty good.

I enjoy the designing process and working with ShineOn and the staff that I have interacted with so far. Be sure to watch the videos on YouTube. I recommend the more current ones. There is additional support when you join the Facebook group and the products seem to be of good quality. Hope to add another star once I start selling and see a product first hand.
