Being new to ShineOn I expected a lot more confusion getting it up and running but there are plenty of articles to help get everything set up. I’m only on my 4th product now but so far it’s going very well.

ShineOn seems so different for POD entrepreneurs ... their Friday COFFEE sessions are beyond incredible ... they continue to introduce new products ... they offer a treasure of training activities ... looking forward to growing with this exciting, innovative, and customer service centric team!! ... There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card. The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

I have had such a great experience working with ShineOn for my Etsy business. Products are never late, almost never incorrect. When I have an issue they are really easy to contact for customer support and offer same day solutions. I have every intention of continuing to use them as my manufacturer for the foreseeable future.
