I am submitting this as feedback. I have not opened my store yet and will will be another few weeks before I do. I am in process of looking for products. I was also looking for something more personal and since I know you make your own jewerly I was disappointed to find out that you do not make these. I was looking for a deer head a buck urn charm on a nice necklace to give to my granddaughter Chloe on August 17th her wedding day. So that when she walked down the aisle she would know that even though her Papa could not be with her in real life he would be there to walk her down the aisle. Absolutely amazing company with what they do, there's nothing else quite like it...that I have found. The app itself is extremely user friendly, I've had no issues with it at all. Really appreciate the free plan for when you're just starting out. Products are also amazing, very high quality and the customization ability is great, very happy I started using this!
