ShipBob is thorough with communication and great at assisting you in the setup process. It is easy to get set up and begin shipping! The merchant success specialists I have worked with have been great at answering questions and finding resolutions. There are some aspects we are not fond of, the costs of WROs and the precision required when sending supplies (we order from supply stores and have it sent directly there, so affixing labels is not always possible); they do not seem to work well with USPS (we have had 1 or 2 days in the last year where all of our orders from a specific day were labeled but never moved or it took a week or more for them to). All in all positive experience, I do recommend inquiring about fulfillment times if you are guaranteeing same-day shipping, etc.

I would love to unpack the USPS issue with you - we have a great relationship and custom contract with the postal service and purchase millions of labels per year. user friendly app, easy to install and the team walk you through the whole process during an onboarding call. Integrates seamlessly with our shopify store and makes fulfilling orders to customers a much more automated process.

Great integration, easy to set up for Shopify (and Amazon). We are a long-term ShipBob partner and recommend them as a 3pl service provider.

Love ShipBob Fulfillment, this is by far the best fulfillment company I found to easily fulfill products with Shopify and Amazon. Great customer service too. I recommend them.

ShipBob has been working great for us. Great response time if there is an issue. Our Rep (Samantha D.) gives us the best service and is always on the lookout to make sure things are running smoothly.

I moved to ShipBob after a clunky process with another fulfilment company, and I'm really happy I switched. The integration offers some great features and settings, and everything runs seamlessly. The set up was pretty straight forward too. Very happy with ShipBob!

Our transition from Shopify to ShipBob Fulfillment has been nothing short of wonderful. The transition team, with Sarthak S. helping us as our designated Implementation Specialist, has been very professional, responsive, and helpful in answering our questions and providing solutions to issues that arose as we transitioned into using ShipBob. We truly appreciate all the help and guidance that we received, and we are very happy with our decision to move to ShipBob.

I have a UK based business. Shipbob integrates easily with my shopify store. I was helped whenever I needed it to help me get up and running. Switched from Amazon FBA to Shipbob and very glad I did. Great app.

Shipbob are great - Some of the best customer service I have had. Sergio, Sam and Enda are so supportive. I could not recommend this team anymore. It is also, slick tech and easy to use We trust Shipbob because of the below: - Ease of installation - Speed and reliability of order ingestion - Tracking upload speed - Inventory sync, rules, and order processing - Technical support

App works fine, but the customer service and pricing is TERRIBLE. We would CONSTANTLY be charged many times more because Shipbob insisted on sending our products in boxes that were much larger than our products. We're talking about nearly a $100 difference because they didn't want to use a smaller box to ship (which they have). We are a small business, so seeing a shipping cost of $140 for something that should cost $30-$40 is terrible. Moreover, having to go back and forth with customer service to fix this issue causes delays and makes our customers extremely unhappy. This is not the first time and after customer service was contacted, they would apologize, issue a partial refund, and repeat the mistake. If any higher-ups see this, I will be happy to provide proof of correspondence so things can be changed. Be very, very careful if you are thinking of using Shipbob services. UPDATE: I was contacted by Shipbob's VP or Partnerships and Director of Onboarding services soon after posting this review. They were sincere with their apology about my experience so far and it showed that they took this matter seriously. It doesn't make up for everything that transpired, but I will add two stars for trying to make things right and bringing immediate attention to my case.
Hey VITL Backpacks team -- I want to jump in on this and see if we can fix this issue. Looking at this review, this is so far from the normal experience our merchants have (in fact most of them say we save them money on packaging due to our algorithms that optimize packaging size). I suspect there is something wonky going on with Dimensional Weight perhaps. Either way - need to figure this out. Shipbob has put our amazon account in jeopardy with a 16% late ship rate. Technical support is a carousel that goes nowhere. They have an online "chat" window, where the representative does basically nothing but open a support ticket - which go unanswered. Additionally, they sent boxes of assembly parts to a customer (who had no idea why he got these miscellaneous plastic rings). This led to us having to product to assemble, costing us revenue. Most importantly, just google "Shipbob" and "BBB" and read the number of Better Business Bureau horror stories about Shipbob. Or just look at reviews and see how horrific the stories are. The onboarding is very slick, they put a lot of energy into getting you on, but they can't get products out, nor do they offer technical support that is useful or helpful.

I worked with several fulfilment centers in my career and never had a worse experience than with ShipBob. Our company kept receiving complaints from DTC customers that were receiving products heavily stained, dented and damaged, covered in black dust that looked like soot. We placed a number of trial orders and had the same issue every single time, products arriving in horrible conditions. After asking ShipBob multiple times for an explanation, product audit and resolution, we waited months and finally received appalling pictures that showed our expensive products "stored" in haphazard mounds on top of each other in filthy boxes on the floor. It was evident from the pictures that many units were stained, dented, broken, leaked. We requested a report of damaged vs salable units and a credit for the damages. After over three months, we still have received no answers on the counts and were told that all of our damages are due to a mysterious "manufacturing defect" and Ship Bob is refusing to cover for any of it. These are thousands upon thousands of dollars of loss plus DTC customers being lost due to the poor experience. Further to this, the customer service is absolutely useless for any matter beyond the simplest things and will just provide pointless "cut and paste" answers that do not resolve your issues. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who values their business and brand equity. I wish I could attach the horrible pictures for everyone to see.

I'm hoping it gets better but looking bad so far. My first order sat for four days before they shipped it out. One of things most advertised about ShipBob for Shopify store owners is their direct integration with the stores. That does not seem to include tracking notifications to the customer, so now instead of fulfilling orders, I'm constantly checking my phone waiting for confirmation that an order was eventually shipped so I can send to my customer. Got a bad feeling about this.
Hey Colrcouture team -- happy to digest this with you, but here are some details. Feel free to email me at [email protected] for more details. 1. We never communicate with your end customer. The capabilities embedded within Shopify to send tracking emails are fantastic, and much more robust than we'd provide in terms of compliance with customer communication legislation like GDPR, CCPA, etc. Best leave this to the experts! And of course, if you need something more robust, apps like Klaviyo are phenomenal for this. 2. We submit tracking back to Shopify immediately upon the order being labeled, and scanned out of our warehouse by the carrier. This is best practice to reduce WISMO (where is my order?) questions. DO NOT go with Shipbob. Several hidden fees that they were not transparent about before coming onboard. If you're an apparel brand or any brand with several SKUs (i.e. size/color combinations), their warehousing costs are astronomical. They are 6X the price of my previous warehouse and cost more than rent for an entire house in the area. I'm moving my inventory ASAP and deeply regret the headache and money its costs me moving to Shipbob.

Look somewhere else! Average 2-3 days just to pick and pack product, their shipping partner is super slow and will lose 1/50 packages, went from 4-5 day delivery average doing it in house with usps and now with shipbob 10-20 day. Shipping times are huge with e-commerce! Implementation process was a mess also.
Hey Coeyewear team - very belated reply on this, but first off, let me apologize for this experience. Our SLA is same business day fulfillment if the order gets to us by 12pm noon. We accomplish that 99.8% of the time across our network. So, something is not really adding up and I'd love to unpack that with you. Feel free to email me at [email protected]. Avoid ShipBob at all Costs. 1) We shipped to 2 of their warehouses, they lost all of the inventory in 1 of the warehouses and then took THREE months to find it. 2) They say they can ship in your custom shipping box. They can't. No matter what they say they can't. They mailed our customers our product in a generic box and inside that generic box they put our custom box unfolded... as if the customer had ordered an empty box. 3) Their customer service is absolutely unable to help with anything -- all of these errors they create are your problem to resolve. ShipBob customer service will tell you they are "working on it" or "sent it to the team that can resolve it". Nothing will happen and this will / has been going on for FOUR months. Literally. An entire season. As a small business owner time is everything. And ShipBob seems to have no respect for that and worse yet they are unable to do the very thing they advertise: fulfill your orders. Go somewhere else and hire literally any other fulfillment service and save yourself months of headache and frustration.

Works really well. We have been using for over a year and it is quite reliable and does what we need it to do.
