Setup was very easy even with additional marketpalces like TikTok Shop and Etsy importing orders. Highly recommended for startups looking to scale without the overhead of renting and staffing a warehouse. The implementation team was also great to work with. Shoutout to Maverick for making everything a breeze! No more dealing with label printers and packaging out of my 1-bedroom apartment :)

Shipbob has been amazing to work with! It was easy to install and set up the connection with our store, and we're now shipping into 54 additional countries using ShipBob's fulfillment centers in the UK, Canada, and Poland. Our integration specialist Pramod was an absolute dream to work with! Orders are shipped dang near immediately and then get automatically fulfilled in our Shopify with accurate tracking information. For any issues or questions I've encountered along the way, Pramod was able to quickly handle them and help get us set up for success in the long term. 10/10 stars, and we highly recommend partnering with ShipBob for your international fulfillment needs!

ShipBob’s integration with Shopify is perfect. Makes it so easy to process a lot of orders withou having to go in amd fide with each one. Finally a 3PL that actually can fulfill directly from a Shopify feed.

Ease of installation - They make it very simple with endless resources and very clear links and on top of that they have a dedicated manager to your account that helps you out of any sticky situation Speed and reliability of order ingestion - This works really well, the only thing that needs to be upgrades is the manual process of WRO which is the box configurations. You have to manually mount each box content. This should be part of a spreadsheet. Tracking upload speed - This happens quickly from the tests we have done Technical support / outages - The manager Aravinhtan has been very responsive and in helping us Also, as a next step I would ask them to integrate more with Gorgias to allow us to create return labels without having to go into shipbbob

Shipbob made integration with our Shopify store totally seamless. Their onboarding process was digestible and formulaic, and we felt prepared every step of the way. Ankit Gupta and his team made sure our team was comfortable with each step and felt prepared for launch day, even better, they continued to check in post launch to ensure our team was setup for greatness!
