As a new on shopify. Webee help us to manage our orders. Coordination from Webee is too Good as there customer support help me a lot for understanding the app. Ajeet the Coordinater is more appreciable in part of app discussion & problem solving.

And like every other help session I've experienced with WebBee, the team is always responsive, able to provide the necessary assistance/solutions quickly, and each time with "a smile" (I may not be able to see their faces, but I'm pretty sure they are smiling! UPDATE 07/2024, I now switched to another app because WebBee always showed "out of stock" for our digital products that do not have a physical representation on Amazon. Overall the app worked great until we made our business too complex. ORIGINAL 04/2023 Connected our store yesterday in a 30 min support call with Malik. Works like a charm. I give it: -10/10 for functionality -6/10 for desirability because of the ugly UI -> You need support to set it up!!! -8/10 for viability i.e. pricing --> I hop you like the reference to the 3 important design thinking criteria for successful products. Pro: - Great support - Can do what I need - Pricing Con: -GUI is not great What it can do: - Sync inventory from Shopify to AMZ every 40 min or so - Automatically (or rule based) creation of MCF orders for your shopify orders & getting tracking no to your customers via email then What it cannot do - Import orders from AMZ to Shopify - Manage listings or anything

Seamless installation and set up of the app. No interruption to our site function or performance. Customer support was excellent and extremely helpful during onboarding, ensuring everything was set up correctly. Response time is instant. We just started using it, and will continue to monitor for any concerns.

The app works perfectly, but more than that the customer service / support from the WebBee team is the best weve encountered in over 20 years in ecommerce. They are on it. You always get a polite reply with questions answered very quickly, if not by return.

Works as inteded, but only with Amazon. You aare not able to connect it to eBay or Etsy the description states.

This is an incredible app. Will save you hours and make things so much more efficient. Not only that, but the team is very helpful whenever I need help with someone. For the price they charge you absolutely cannot go wrong. I will be a long-term customer.

The app is quite user friendly and uncomplicated. When I needed support to complete the installation, the appointment was scheduled within minutes, and gosh was the support guy knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to assist. They kept following up to ensure that all was okay with my store. And, there were no hidden fees, just one payment which covers addition of multiple market places. These guys are here to make an impact......
