Excellent app, very smooth process and they also customized it to my needs. I would recommend for anyone who wants to take advantage of Amazon MCF to fulfill their store orders. Tarishi has been very helpful through the process. Thanks!

Great app and amazing customer service! We are setting up this app for our FBA integration. They have been so patient in helping us set everything up, answering all of our questions, and jumping on zoom when we need help. Amazing customer support! The app has great features. Five stars. In love with the app and support.. no false positives.. which is very important. Though can make the language simpler in the app so that i don't have to reach out to support only to realize that the language meaning was different . can be helpful with better tool tips/documentation

I use this app to link the products I am selling in Amazon and Shopify, and then fulfill the orders in Shopify with Amazon FBA. In Amazon, one ASIN may have several SKU names due to different barcode for the same product, such as Amazon barcode, Amazon FNSKU barcode, and manufacturer barcode, etc. This app link to Amazon SKU only instead of ASIN, so if a SKU does not have inventory, but another SKUs have inventory, in Amazon, the customers still seek that the product is available for purchasing. However, in this app, if the product listing is linked to the SKU without any stock, the customer cannot buy in Shopify. This bug needs to be fixed.

An easy app to use and apply, everything is pretty self explanatory in terms of initial set up and further use. They are also available and willing incase any error comes up.

Be aware this app is ignoring Shopify locations, you need to archive products in the backend to make sure they won't fulfill products not assigned to their locations. Make 200% sure you configured it properly as this app can magically fulfill orders already fulfilled and/or for SKUs assigned to other locations on the Shopify product backend. Their support was not replying to chat at first, but after leaving a negative review they called me straight away to fix the issue. 4 Stars as the issue was fixed and the app is working fine, despite a tough start.

It is really easy to export order details to AMAZON and status is updated automatically, which saves my time. It will be best synchronizing will be more frenquently.

We've lost thousands of dollars using this app when the initial goal was to save money using MCF. This app doesn't allow you to use logic to only pull specific orders, or orders where AMZ has ALL of the skus in the order. Instead, it split my shipments, sent the single sku in AMZ and let my warehouse fulfill the rest of the order - in turn, us paying twice for split shipments. I wouldn't recommend. App is jenky to begin with. Learning curve is a bit steep. Customer service is available and tries. Just app quality is not up to par.

The app is marking Amazon orders as fulfilled and then doesn't actually push the orders to Amazon. We have contacted support, who could not solve the problem. It has happened again to several more orders. Cannot recommend this as a solid solution

Dear colleagues, I want to warn you to avoid using this app. I installed it and from the beginning got a problem with the synchronization of my inventory. The worker helped me and verified that everything works fine. On the 18th of March, I found that I received an order for 24 units. Unfortunately, a customer ordered only 1 unit but this app forwarded 24 units for fulfillment. After I contacted customer service, explained what happened. They told me that this is my error and refused to reimburse their APP mistake. So Please don't use it. Wish you success in your business.

We would like to tell you that we have Virtual Bundles commonly called Kit items to create a bundle of products, and offer a single product which can allow sellers to offer Buy 1 for say $10 and 3 for $25 discount, or Buy a pre-defined combo of items.
