Excellent app. Manages almost real time inventory sync with Amazon MCF. Every 30 minutes it pulls in the inventory. Everything is automated. We don't have to do anything after initial setup. Any questions we have, WebBee Support is available for a Zoom chat to go over things. We liked the Shopify MCF integration so much we decided to also use WebBee for TikTok Shop and MCF integration. We highly recommend using WeBee over the default Shopify apps for Amazon MCF integrations.

Inventory not syncing. We are in big trouble due to this. We are getting orders but we have no stock on Amazon. WebBee is unable to sync the inventory from Amazon.

awesome app. Booked a meeting with support the same day, he led me through the set-up and - wham! - it works: routing our cutomers' orders to Amazon and getting the amazon information back into the shopify app in no time. Transparent, great information, smooth and easy. At decent pricing, too. Enabling us to set up our online store with Amazon fulfillment in no time. A relief. And friendly - real human! - support available instantly! (not like Amazon....)

Weebee is always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them. The price is also very competitive and they are also working to connect with other social media platform. I also really like manish and shivam for there on going help in mapping our products.

They change the terms and conditions unilaterally without notice. We have been using some functionalities for years and now we find that it doesn't work. After losing a day investigating the issue, we find out that they moved the functionality to a more expensive plan and the only solution I get is to upgrade and pay more.
