Excellent, amazing customer service. I asked how a feature would work and they jumped on a zoom call and did it for me very quickly, giving me confidence that not only is it a great product, the support is unreal!

Excellent after market support. Used for a number of years to sync with Amazon MCF for UK and USA. I just wish that the geo location inventory feature was cheaper than $99.

The app syncs all my orders and shipping with Shopify and Amazon. The best part about is they always have support available to help you set everything up and if you get stuck anytime. For the price this is a game changing service!

The WebBee team and app has been very helpful for us. We've been able to do things with this app that we can't with others. For example, this gives us the ability to notify customers who have multiple shipments in one order with item specific information per shipment. This is really helpful when there are multiple shipments. Some of the functions, set-up and UI UX is just not intuitive. I think there's a bit of a language barrier and wish they could redo the nomenclature of the buttons/actions as well as the layout.

WebBee is awesome. I switched from amazons own app because it kept giving me problems and forget trying to get someone to help you. I lost so many sales because of the amazon MCF app. WebBee has been so helpful and walked me through all of the set up which was super easy. And if I ever need them for anything they are right there. I highly recommend you use this app over any other MCF integration app!
