How switching to ShipHero transformed our business in 90 days My skincare brand BlackWolfNation.com was doing very basic in-house fulfillment using ShipStation. We grew from 20 orders a day to over 1000 in just 12 months and needed a more robust solution to continue growing. Working with Shiphero we were able to implement a receiving ASN system, warehouse locations, faster and more accurate pick, pack, and ship procedures, rate shopping, and setting up bundled components for accurate inventory. ShipHero is a very powerful out-of-the-box solution that paid for itself instantly. With the help of the Shiphero team, we then transformed our in-house fulfillment operation into ONE23 Fulfillment - a thriving 3PL business within 90-days. We now ship for many top DTC brands and are pushing out thousands of orders a day. This is an extremely scalable solution that continues to innovate and add new features. Onboarding new clients, portal access, and billing are all fantastic. Without ShipHero we never could have grown as fast as we have or had the confidence to implement it in the first place and get the most out of the platform. All I can say is we are thankful for ShipHero every day.

We decided switch to ShipHero with the main goal of consolidating Inventory Management, Scan & Pack and Shipping into just one tool. We are very pleased with the results so far as ShipHero has positively impacted our productivity and inventory accuracy. With that said, The most value I have gotten from the switch has been their customer support, Mike was great getting us started during the onboarding process and Cathy is always there for us with outstanding support and availability. Thank you guys!

I've used several shipping softwares and none of them have had as many features and customization as ShipHero. While we do run into some glitches here and there, it's because they are constantly working to improve the software. They are quick to resolve any issues and really listen to feature requests. The connection to Shopify is incredibly quick and accurate. This software has vastly improved our inventory management and fulfillment. The care that went into our onboarding process can't be beat. Our onboarding specialist made sure we were able to transition our processes as seamlessly as possible and helped tailor the system to our shipping requirements. Thank you Mike & ShipHero!

ShipHero has been an integral service in supporting our brand to bring shipping back in-house. The onboarding process was straightforward and helpful. Our representative Mike Azimi is an incredible person with wonderful energy, and he guided us through the process and answered the many questions that we had. We also had the opportunity to meet Mike for an in-person training where he helped our team get up and running with the entire shipping process. After just a few weeks navigating inventory counts and bulk uploads, we’re seeing huge benefits from ShipHero and we’re on-track with our shipments processing smoothly. ShipHero has been an excellent next step for us as our company rapidly grows. Most notably, the customer service they provide is top-notch. Brett Oliveira, Mike Azimi, and Cathy Galvis all were fast to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Migrating to this app was a big task and they made it easy and painless! Fantastic app. Is helping us break down the barriers when it comes to scaling an eCommerce business. Their Bulk shipping feature is a necessity for brands scaling around a hero product. Onboarding is incredibly easy and painless, our representative, Mike Azimi was a pleasure to work with and maybe one of the fastest communicators via email I've met.

Switching warehouse management systems is a scary proposition. Especially when you have millions in the warehouse and are going right into the busiest season. After about 6 weeks we went from signing a contract to being live. And now after only 3 weeks on the platform we are already saving time and money.

Late December I contact 3 warehouse manager software Ship Hero, SKU Vault, and Finale Inventory. I spent 15 hours meeting with the 3 companies and meeting with 2 3PL one worked with Ship Hero the other with Sku Vault. By far Ship Hero is the best option for Shopify merchants. It's almost like it was build for it. We had to leave the 3PL that we were using within weeks and setup a 4000sq. warehouse. Reasons for leaving: 1. 3PL had 1.5%-3% order error in peak months. 2. picker and packer were not efficient. 3. Inventory was never correct. 4. Shipping Amazon orders took too long 5. No API integration with Shopify Plus. The solution: Ship Hero 1. Error margin 0.01% 2. picker and packer positions cut in half 3. inventory is accurate 99% 4. Integration with Amazon 5. Ship Hero and Shopify Plus connect in minutes. If it wasn't for Ship Hero and Yosef Haas we wouldn't have been able to setup a warehouse in weeks. They advised us in all purchases from Racks to Scanners. During the learning phase (3 weeks) we meet with Ship Hero almost everyday. Onboarding team is extremely knowledgable and responsive. They don't let you struggle through setup mode which is already hard as it is. I couldn't be any happier or more satisfied with their software. Thanks Yosef PS. If Ship Hero didn't exist I would never want to own a warehouse.

Shiphero has been one of the best decisions for our logistics. We have been able to handle more order volume efficiently and more precisely. It has even allowed us to expand our warehouse operations. The platform is easy to understand and use. Support has also been amazing and has sponsored special requirements for our business model.

Our experience with Shiphero has been awesome! PROS - Incredibly efficient pick/pack/ship. We have almost doubled our efficiency in the warehouse. - Accurately pushes inventory levels to many sales channels - Customer support is responsive and actually cares - Easy to use kitting/bundling - Automated shipping rate shopping CONS - Steeper learning curve than some software - Initial setup takes time to do correctly - Minimal reporting analytics

I am speaking to all of my fellow Shopify store owners in order to confirm that the hype is real. ShipHero came highly recommended and they have absolutely lived up to their 5-star reputation. ShipHero makes managing the most important aspects of your business efficient and easy while also providing an unbeatable platform to process your daily orders. ShipHero is constantly releasing new and useful features and because it is a cloud-based software, I instantly have access to these new features with no additional fees. If you sell through multiple vendors there is no doubt in my mind that this is the inventory management software for you. Like clockwork throughout the day, ShipHero quickly imports all of our orders from all of our vendors across the web. Most importantly, their customer support is extremely attentive and helpful.

Our business ships thousands of items each week and sells thousands of SKUs. We do: -Presales -Donations -B2B transfers -Identify 1st orders and add notes to them (and much more customer delight) -Change carrier service based on customers location -Integrated with Flavorcloud international shipping -Integrated with their 3PL service Shiphero can do it all and their team is extremely helpful in leading my team to confidence on their platform. Ultimately Shiphero is a complex and powerful tool that should not be underestimated. With Shiphero we focus on "How to do X?", rather than "Is X possible?", bc more often than not: Yes with Shiphero it is possible. Additional note: Their UI is polished to make the basics shine. My single quip is that they do not allow for "OR" "AND" in order searches

The shipping of orders is amazing - inventory management is horrible it always oversells inventory and the API with Shopify is not working currently. The customer service people are nice but it takes so long to get tech support help when we have urgent issues. (you can pay extra to have support, but why pay for tech support when the product should be working) You also must pay $99/user if you are on the basic plan. We have lots of packers and this is not ideal especially when you're paying for a service that only works 25% of the time. Hoping for improvements but until then I am shopping around for new systems. Also I will mention that when I recently spoke to support he was so nice and I told him my frustration was with the system and not him and he said "yes we get a lot of angry customer calls". Not impressed.

Great app with an outstanding onboarding process and immediate results. Fully recommended. We're a large Mexican retailer that recently launched its e-commerce. Since launch day the achieved volume was much higher than anticipated. Our legacy systems were incapable of communicating with Shopify, so the picking, packing and shipping was done manually. Errors and late orders were growing out of control. After we spoke to ShipHero of our situation, we were able to launch the app within a week and completed the onboarding process in less than a month, with extraordinary results. No more picking mistakes or late orders. We're ready to continue growing.

I originally wrote this review under the wrong app. Wanted to put it in the correct place. Overall we have been relatively disappointed with this product. It is extremely powerful but is missing basic functionality that can make it or break it for your company depending on your business model. We operate with a lot of backorders, when stock comes in and is processed in for receipt, we need our oldest orders (customers who have been patiently waiting) to get their items first. The ship hero system randomly decides where to allocate it with no ryme or reason. It generally will skip tons of older orders and allocate it to newer orders; it will randomly give a couple to a bigger order and skip the rest, it just doesnt make any sense how it works. In many cases it will remove allocation from someone that has been waiting and give their products to other people. The system just simply needs to work where it allocates stock to the oldest orders first, if the user chooses to move an order up to a higher priority then they can do that themselves. If it wasn't for this constant struggle we are having with this allocation fiasco we would give it five stars.

We have addressed this issue and changed our allocation algorithm to allocate oldest order first unless you explicitly set a new order to have a higher allocation priority. I apologize that we let you down on this. We made changes based on your feedback and appreciate your communication on this.

Ship Hero helps us organize and execute on our our subscription service with ease as well as handle our daily order volumes with precision. Automations are a very handy feature along with many other clever features that will help any growing Shopify site succeed.

We started using this app when we moved from a 3PL to our own warehouse. It has helped us ship all the orders in time and without making mistakes. The team has been excellent and has guided us throughout the process. Shiphero is one the best inventory and shipping software I've used so far.
