Game Changer! We looked at over 10 WMS systems for months and went through tons of training, and nothing even came close to ShipHero. We wanted to make sure with a move like this is was worth it. After finally switching over to ShipHero we quickly realized we should have done it years early. It is even better than we expected. It is extremely user-friendly. Everything about this system just makes sense. Hiring people and showing them how to start picking, packing, and shipping takes a matter of minutes instead of days. The visibility we get with this system is amazing. I can see who is the top picker, packer, who made changes. It really has made our company so much better all around. The support is crazy good! A special shout out to Matt Dickman ( Senior Solutions Specialist) He made the switch over from our current system painless. Even took the time to text, email, and call after the set up was complete. He kept checking in on our side to make sure things were running the correct way for weeks. I could not be more impressed with ShipHero!

ShipHero solved a huge fulfillment problem we were having and has allowed us to efficiently track product lot codes by shipment. Matt was extremely helpful during onboarding and open to unorthodox solutions/ideas to solve the problem we encountered with other software. We previously tried 4-5 other cloud inventory management/fulfillment "solutions" that did not solve anything for us - including ShipStation and Trade Gecko. ShipHero is our inventory and shipping hero :)

We've been using Ship Hero for about a year now and are thrilled. The biggest thing when comparing it to other solutions is that it's intuitive and streamlined. As a team of millennials we've found many of the other solutions out there were simply too clunky, time consuming and outdated.. we LOVE using ship hero and are excited to continue to grow with them. Their support has been some of the best we've experienced in our 3 year history -always pleasant, knowledgable and willing to dig into any issues that arise. Although there have been a number of integration hiccups, as soon as they've been identified support is on it and doesn't stop until it's resolved. Extra credit needs to be given to Nicholas who somehow always finds the time to respond and make sure we're taken care of regardless of the situation. It's very clear that they intend to continue growing by providing an awesome product and the proper support to go along with it. Very scalable- Prior to Ship Hero we were doing a lot of things manually and were always a little concerned about our ability to scale. Ship Hero has completely changed our whole warehousing system and has given us the confidence to scale as quickly as we want. We think it's a great solution for small, mid-size and large companies. Once you make the switch and learn the platform you'll never want to go back.

In early 2018 we replaced Stitch Labs, our previous Inventory Management Software, with ShipHero. Prior to ShipHero, our Customer Service team was spending hours printing orders. We had a team of Order Checkers doing nothing but checking orders that had been pulled by our 1st team of order pullers to ensure the integrity of the order. We also were having to use a second software platform, ShipStation, to handle the actual shipping process. With ShipHero, we were able to eliminate all of this. Thanks to paperless order picking via barcode scanning, we no longer print and staple orders for hours every day. Since every product gets scanned before it gets added to a bin, we were also able to transition our entire team of order checkers to other positions which immediately made us more productive. And as for the shipping process, we were able to eliminate a second software charge because ShipHero handles the process from start to finish. Now, only because it’s my second nature to always be looking for something better, in March of 2019 I began participating in demo’s of other inventory management systems. We looked in depth at Veeqo, Tradegecko, BrightPearl, SKUvault, OrderHive, Zoho and Clear Spider. All of these systems had their strengths and weaknesses but due to BIG promises of a more streamlined workflow and better reporting, we left ShipHero and went with SKUvault. Needless to say, after 2 months of ‘Training and Implementation’ and 3 weeks Live operating the software, it was not what we had hoped for. We were spending 2x longer preparing orders because each order had to be assigned to a session. We were spending 2x longer pulling orders due to the additional steps involved. Our ‘Just in Time’ dept was spending 3x longer preparing orders because the workflow was too complicated and time consuming. Granted, SKUvault attempted to help us work through all of this but, in the end, the functionality was inefficient. The reality of all of this is that none of these systems came close to matching the functionality and efficiency of ShipHero. ShipHero welcomed us back with open arms and got us up in running again in just a couple of days. Yosef and the entire team at ShipHero came together to make it happen. We now have our wholesale and retail sites connected back to ShipHero and plan to add our brick and mortar next. The nightmare is over (as every team manager in my office/warehouse has told me). Thank you ShipHero!

30K+ orders per month. We recently changed to ShipHero from another well known shipping software, and it has really done well at minimizing order errors. We ship a little slower since we elect to scan the items on pick, then re-scan when we pack, but that process can be modified. The labels (when doing single item batches) aren't the fastest, but we have the system set to rate-shop every package. We were introduced to an update that's coming and it really sped up this process. As for support, we have nothing bad to say. They are quick to respond and have worked hard to fix any issues we have seen. There was no down time with orders while we changed software providers. This was my main concern when I saw that there wasn't a direct customer service line, so I set up a meeting to discuss this ahead of time. They explained that customer service issues that are causing a delay in orders going out is always a priority and will be handled quick, while issues that are like-to-haves or lower priority items are handled a little slower (which is understandable). Someone from their implementation team traveled in to help us launch successfully and we are thankful they did. We had a ton of issues and it wasn't ShipHero.. it was how the old software communicated fulfillment statuses to the orders in Shopify. All-in-all, the software is great. There are a lot of features we would like to see, some of them are already in the works. In our opinion, this system is the best value for 3PL softwares. We were actually $25,000 deep in setup and another $30,000 in equipment, trying to make another 3PL software work for us. Most we looked at were not as user friendly (you needed an advanced degree in coding software to set up), most needed additional software to function how we needed which costs more, and some didn't even have the ability to show an item image for our packers.

ShipHero makes the picking process so efficient and the platform is easy to use. Our team caught on very quickly & the app allows us to track where mistakes are being made so we can complete further training with that user. We love being able to track where the orders are in the shipping process. We found that ShipHero's support team was very responsive during onboarding, even helping us customize our invoice and an internal Ship to Store label. We definitely appreciate the level of support they've provided

Although we chose to not integrated ShipHero for the particular store we were trying it on, because it was more advanced and feature-rich than we needed at this time, the platform and it's abilities are outstanding. Even more so, the team and support at ShipHero - especially Matt - was worth the 5-star review itself. Their scheduling and onboarding process was very thorough and detailed. The support we received was very good especially for the asking price. I am sure as this store scales ShipHero will likely be integrated at some point, but for now, it's a bit overkill for us.

We use ShipHero to run our operation. We have several shopify stores and sell on Amazon, eBay and Walmart. We peak at a bit over 1,000 orders a day. ShipHero is the most sophisticated software for running an ecommerce business. ShipHero syncs inventory automatically and works great. ShipHero allows us to ship quickly and accurately. We use the mobile apps and web app for shipping. The system is fast, reliable and has a ton of complex functionality. If you're running an ecommerce business with scale (say over $5million in annual revenue), there is no better solution that ShipHero.

As other reviewers mentioned, if you have a store with a lot of items, multiple warehouses and, in general, if you require a more complex solution than just pack and ship, ShipHero is a great option. That's not to say they are extremely easy to use or install. All the features they offer results in a certain complexity and a relatively steep learning curve in getting used with the app. Also, dealing with their support requires patience and grit.

We switched over to Shiphero from Shipstation in March of '17 and we couldn't be happier. We switched over initially because we needed our pickers to have the ability to scan products - we had lots of issues with shipping the right item wrong size previously. After the adjustment period when people are learning the software and forcing it to do things it is attempting to stop, everything runs smoothly. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify which has been fantastic, one thing we wished there was Quickbooks integration but we've found a decent piece of software called Softcookies to handle this. The Shiphero staff has been quite professional and expedient when answering questions or fixing any problems we've come across and have made the transition and continued use of Shiphero to be nothing short of wonderful!

We are very happy with shiphero! We did tons of research on all the inventory apps available which led to shiphero and sku labs. We installed both apps and did a series of tests finding that shiphero had a lot more features for inventory management and shipping. Shiphero is great to get started with inventory management with plenty of room for growth. Their mobile app is great also for sending shipments in just a few clicks. Here are a few things that we really like about the app: 1) We store pdf's within the sku's for technical drawings (would love it if we could upload other files, currently just have the ability for images and pdf's) 2) We have nested kits so we know every individual part that makes up our products. Also allows for effortless inventory tracking. 3) We have an automation rule set to use a customers shipping account when they place an order and our shipping account for regular customers. We also have automation rules set to prioritize shipments. 4) We set up vendors for different departments of our business to send purchase orders when we need to manufacture more of our products. 5) Any questions or help we need they are very quick to respond with knowledgeable people on the other end. 6) All outgoing orders are quickly barcode scanned for accuracy with visibility showing that the packer did his job correctly. I highly recommend this app. Their product and service is so great that I had to take the time to give them a great review for all their hard work!

I would give ShipHero 6 stars if I could! Easy to use software right out of the box. Same look and feel as Shopify, so there's limited training needed. It fits the needs of our large 8-figure turnover company with 50+ employees, covering everything from Wholesale, Goods In, Barcode Readers, Different User Access Levels, iPad App for even easier access and use, easy plug-n-play with Shopify, and the best help and support you could wish for. Fast, prompt and genuinely helpful. We looked at all of the other solutions, and ShipHero was by far the best value for money. They're difficult to beat. DW, CMO, WigOutlet.com

ShipHero is the answer to all your inefficiencies in your warehouse! Are you looking for a complete, "out of the box", Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve your business? Do you want to enable LIVE inventory quantities that are pushed to your sales platform, organize your warehouse inventory with product locations, improve picking/shipping speed and accuracy, lower shipping costs, have the ability to cycle count inventory on a regular basis without closing your store, create purchase orders and receive inventory with the click of a button, and continuously track warehouse performance and metrics in real time?? ShipHero can do all this and MORE! Our business was growing at such a rate that we could barely keep up with the volume of orders each day. We were in need of a system that was much more efficient and accurate compared to the current system we were using, which was basically "Stone Age" technology. We needed a system that controlled our inventory across our various sales channels, IN REAL TIME, to prevent running out of stock, causing customer back orders. We wanted a system to seamlessly purchase products from our manufacturers, receive them into our warehouse inventory, and make them available for sale on our channels. Picking and shipping orders with paper invoices, one at a time, was just not efficient any more. Trying to determine the cheapest and fastest shipping carrier ourselves was slowing our throughput with shipping. We were tired of manually taking metrics and entering them in an excel sheet to create reports on our progress within the warehouse. The list when on, and on, and on... Once we found ShipHero, it was game on! It seemed as though every thing we needed to improve upon to grow our business, ShipHero had an answer for. The ShipHero Support staff was instrumental in assisting in the implantation of their system. They stayed in constant communication every time we had questions about how to use or implement the system until we had a solution. With a very useful support web page, YouTube videos, LIVE webchat, and the rest of their solutions support team, setting up ShipHero was not that hard at all. In a little over 6 weeks, our warehouse went from the stone age to the 21st century and we couldn't be happier! The warehouse used to be a focal point of our attention, now that we have ShipHero in place, we can focus our entire attention on continuing to grow our business!

ShipHero's functional features are exactly what all Ecommerce stores/shops need to run a organize and successful business. Once you are familiar with the platform and have all the functionalities tailored to your company's needs, the work flow becomes more fluid. However, we hope to see a stronger on-boarding demo, maybe more youtube tutorial videos in the future. Setting up Shiphero is a process. It is discouraging to seek assistance and be sent a link to an article to resolve the issue. I think we can all agree that nowadays businesses run on immediate answers and solutions, this is the reality of the industry we all work in. Whether it is demanded by business customers or buying customers. ShipHero support team has been AMAZING through the process. Not to discredit anyone on the team, but I would like to acknowledge AMANDA & MARTIN for providing great customer support. It takes TREMENDOUS PATIENCE to deal with 1000's of customers with countless questions & concerns on a day to day basis. These two have been exceptional and HOPE THEY BOTH GET RAISES! (hope that helps =) haha ) Looking forward to seeing ShipHero's IMPROVED & NEW FEATURES in the near future. We look forward to our longterm partnership with ShipHero. HERAIHERO

If you want a full system for running your e-commerce business, you found it. ShipHero does a lot. We do custom embroidery in bulk for schools. We do subscription boxes. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay. We do FBA. We ship from multiple-warehouses. We can sell over 1,000 units in 24 hours during our sales. We receive orders by the 40' container with about 10,000 units coming in at a time across multiple sizes and colors which are received by several people simultaneously. ShipHero handles all these things extremely well. 6 stars if I could.

Being a small business finding the right app to fit your company needs can be difficult, especially when there are so many to choose from. My store has gone through multiple apps to try and find a solution to our inventory and shipping problems. We have multiple locations that we keep stock and Shopify doesn't allow more than one store location to separate inventory counts. Lucky for us I found ShipHero! Not only have they solved how we go about fulfilling orders but they have also become a complete solution to our inventory problems! With ShipHero I am now able to manage each location with ease and on top of that i can get a report of what is needed to be ordered! Those few features only scratch the surface of what ShipHero can do! There are so many useful tools to use and i find myself discovering a new feature everyday. The best part of all is the amazing support they have. Any and all questions i have asked, (there are quite a few), they were able to answer right away! Even for someone like myself who is fairly new to all of these management apps, they respond quickly and with lots of detail to make sure i understand and left me feeling more confident by the end of each conversation. So if you are looking for a solution to any and all of your inventory and shipping needs, then look no further!
