These guys are the best! Important to a system like this is fast help and service to get you up and running, and they deliver better than any other place I've worked with. It will keep your product/orders flowing as expected. Always innovating and improving from user feedback.

We chose ShipHero because we needed an end-to-end solution for managing inventory, all in one place, that could sync with Shopify and also with our own custom stack (through the API). Another requirement we had, is our shipping labels needed to be on the bottom of our invoices, this is not a normal offering of ShipHero, but they offered to implement a custom solution for us which was a lifesaver. The iPad and scanning solution has been great for our warehouse to manage orders and inventory and ensure integrity. Their development team has also worked around the clock for us to implement crucial bug fixes and feature enhancements. If you plan on selling 1000's of units and scaling beyond this is definitely a solution I would recommend. -Adam Ayers, VP Engineering @ Five Four Group

ShipHero staff work together as a team to make my third party vendor integration seamless and functional in a matter of couple of days. My third party vendor was not willing to spend time and effort to integrate with ShipHero due to their "budget". But ShipHero know how to make it happen quick. THis proves that ShipHero knows their customers' needs and third party vendors' databse well. If I were third party vendors, I would spend time and effort to make the integration happen quickly because it will help you and your customers - BUSINESS +CUSTOMERS SERVICE

Had high hopes for this solution. The team is extremely responsive to questions, and setup was generally quick and easy (a few glitches we had to investigate and resolved with fresh data uploads). Unfortunately, we found three dealbreakers for us so we won't continue past the 14 day free trial. 1) The app to take inventory is really clunky, requires way too many steps to scan a barcode, change numbers and update the cycle count 2) There are too few reports available for us - they wanted to charge $600-$1000 for a custom report format that would simply tell us what sold today/needs replenishing from our offsite warehouse stock 3) Their shipping discounts aren't any better than we get straight from paypal, and using the USPS service requires an Endicia account (the version they recommended to fully integrate costs an additional $19.99/mo). I was willing to pay $199/mo and add quite a few steps to our fulfilment process to solve our warehousing and sales floor problems, but I quit the trial once we found we couldn't get what we felt were basic data reports. We will look elsewhere for a better fit solution..

ShipHero team is very responsive and helpful with setting up the product. The live inventory sync between the warehouse and our Shopify sites is awesome! It nearly eliminates our out of stock orders. Also, being able to see the status of each order in real time is great. Highly recommend.

We are so thankful we found ShipHero! Its streamlined our entire system, making our staff more productive, shipments much quicker and all around an easier process for everyone! Would highly recommend! Amazing customer service! Russell, Aaron and the staff are on top of answering any questions and we have really appreciated all of their help!

It is a very good app and excellent customer service. Efficient of stock management and dispatch now. A few website dispatch channels are linked together. Personally design for my company structure dispatch system. Very happy with this app. Wish this app become better and better in future.

We previously used ShipHero with Magento EE, but recently moved to Shopify Plus. We are now managing several Shopify Plus stores with ShipHero and it works like a dream. Some of the best things about ShipHero are: - iPad based, no more paper everywhere. - Full control with bin locations and overstock. - Fast and accurate picking process. We use carts where we pick into several totes for each picking session, and barcodes are used to verify. - Fast packing process with another round of verification by scanning barcodes or confirming manually. - Returns. - Cycle counting. - Statistics that greatly help when creating purchase orders. You can set re-order levels and amounts, saving you an incredible amount of time. ShipHero tells you how much you sold in the last 7/30/60/90/180/365 days. - Lots of useful reports that seems to get better all the time. - Amazing support! If you ship anything above 50 orders per day and/or have lots of SKUs with the need for bin and overstock bin locations, the monthly cost is definitely worth it! Using this vs the standard Shopify shipping workflow is like day and night. We had another WMS before ShipHero aimed at larger retailers, so we have tried others, but we are getting faster and more efficient packing and picking with ShipHero. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a solution that accurately keeps your inventory, allows fast order processing, makes shipping a seamless process you're looking at the right partner. At www.ThreeBirdNest.com we are a growing online boutique and sell women's fashion apparel and accessories. We were utilizing several different solutions which created many points for errors and lag times on order processing. Since we have moved over to Ship Hero we ship orders same day, have accurate inventory counts, every item has a location and it's an EASY to use system. The team is amazing to work with, great support especially in the on boarding process which for us was a lot since we were moving over several different programs into one. There is way less manual work involved in order processing and we have one place to check for shipments, inventory, processing and orders. Couldn't be happier to give them 5 stars. It really has been a business MUST have for us!

We have a very unique business and have explored options that would cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars. But the amazing team at Ship Hero helped us tweak a couple of things and we now have a picking & packing solution that is faster than any machine solution we've been presented and it's completely scalable with our rapid growth. On top of that we're probably only using 30% of the true capability! I would highly recommend Ship Hero to any business needing stock, inventory or shipping management!

ShipHero has been a real blessing to our operation and has proven itself to be a real solution to a number of time-consuming issues we've had. The fundamentals of our warehousing process are: -picking orders from about 100 SKUs -determining the most efficient shipping method -packaging the order ShipHero was likely not designed for our particular needs, but we found it to be highly adaptable and the customer service was truly top notch. We realized just the other day that it was the first day since we had implemented ShipHero that we had not been in contact with their engineers at some point. This level of customer service is what makes a SaaS product great. Don't misunderstand this statement: features of ShipHero were behaving exactly as intended. We simply had fairly technical questions about how to adapt ShipHero to our needs and the staff were more than happy to help. I even had one incident where our company was ready to pay ShipHero engineers to develop a custom modification for us. I had a nice screenshare with Aaron Rubin where he pointed out, in an extremely polite and helpful way, that ShipHero was already solving our issue and no development would be needed. When I first started looking at developing inventory and restocking strategies for our company, I noted the difficulty in tracking changes in inventory due to our 5 different sales channels. ShipHero immediately resolved this issue by giving us the ability to process fulfillment (and thus inventory) for all of our sales channels. It helped us wrangle out-of-control international shipping losses before they became a serious issue for our finances. It increased our fulfillment accuracy to the theoretical maximum level (100% accuracy on the human side) by supporting barcode scans and simplifying the flow of decisions for our shipping employees. ShipHero was designed with Lean best practices in mind. We now have a shipping process that features a very high work content, with tons of data available in the reports to help us with continuous improvement projects. We are able to fully train shipping employees in around 2 hours now. As an E-Commerce business analyst who is obsessed with data-driven business decisions and the tenets of Lean, I wholeheartedly recommend ShipHero!
