The top-notch customer support set ShipInsure apart from other similar companies from the beginning. The ability to meet and talk to their team from initial demo to setup to trouble-shooting after installation is what helped us know we made the best decision to partner with ShipInsure. ShipInsure does precisely what it promises - it eases your shipping headaches. They take care of the time-consuming customer service issues that pop up with lost, damaged, or stolen orders with ease. We highly recommend using ShipInsure!

Great shipping insurance app. They are very responsive and always ask for our feedback which is appreciated. The set up couldn’t be easier. Haven’t had any issues with the app either!

scam!!! I set up this app and then went to file a claim & I was told they don't cover International shipments. Which according to their website, they do, but in actuality they do not!! However they charged my international customers for the protection upon checkout!! So my customers (and myself) believed they are covering the orders ! customer service is terrible, tookt weeks to even get an answer. An absolute scam! Am out of hundred of dollars & am so disappointed. DO NOT download this app!!
Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that this experience was terrible for you, and we take full ownership of what happened. Our merchants are at the center of everything we do, and we promise to pay claims on everything that is not fraud. In this instance, we were informed by the carrier that it was still in transit and wanted to give them ample time to come through on their promise to deliver the package. Since this experience, we have changed our policy and will pay claims sooner and with less hassle. We have also substantially built out our claims department and are available 24/7. We were in the wrong, and we promise to be better for you and your customers moving forward.

Very responsive, easy to set up, and promptly took care of all the customization features that I needed. Customers have been happy with the claims process and it feels good to have the peace of mind that lost or damaged packages don’t come out of my pocket.

This app offers great insurance rates for shipping above what most carries would cover. It is also conveniently available for customers to simply add to their shopping cart order. Their support is expedient and not afraid to discuss issues by phone conversations. I would recommend this app!

it was easy to install , the customer support team is great especially Morris , they saved me tones of money with packages lost by UPS, I love it that it is free for me, they only charge the customer a small fee

Customer service is great and very responsive. I do like this app, however, they do not cover shipping + taxes for customers, which other apps do. They said they are going to update this in the future. I am going to stick with them because I do feel like they have a lot of potential and I do like how easy it was to install.

Would mark it zero stars if I could. App causes variants to not work with certain themes in shopify and their support was zero... Been a couple weeks and still no reply other than wanting to know what I removed the app.
