they have worst customer service, doesnt pickup call, they hung up, etc, they dont reply on whatsapp, give fakje promise like will pickup today and its been 6 days, shittest service ever, please dont use this if you want to deliver on time. please choose someone else like delhivery, dtdc or something like that directly

If you making some profit out of your ecommercebusiness shipmojo will make sure that you lose all of your money.... There are plenty of issues with this app. 1. Lot of times order has been picked up but it doesn't get updated in system. if you raise a ticket for that team will cancel your shipped order. Now you can't even track that order as it shows cancelled. It may be delivered to customer but you won't get cod remittance as it is already cancelled. This is how they keep looting their customers and fill their pockets from others hard earned money. 2. Pickups are delayed no matter whom you contact they are not able to provide any support. 3. The worst support team they don't even read what you're saying they just close the ticket by copy pasting same message. 4. RTO's are incorrectly marked as delivered. On complaining they say raise ticket within 48 hours. You can't even check rto delivered orders from their portal as they don't have filters. you have to manually scroll through orders to check that. 5. Their portal doesn't support multiple awb you have create seperate issues for each awb. after creating multiple tickets most of them are closed without even asking the customer if the issue is solved or not. I won't recommend to anyone using this for ecommerce business.

One of the most pathetic courier partner, worst customer service (they will just trash talk to you, hung up your call for no reason and then you keep calling them back), they will say no Volumetric weight on selected couriers but still give weight discrepancies and charges extra according to Volumetric weight. I have more then 40 discrepancies which they won't clear and more than 12 tickets pending since a month. There panel is one of the worst panel, Even after the update all they did was changed the theme of panel all other problems are just same. You might get start working with them for there low rates but eventually they will charge you extra by giving weight discrepancies. If you receive wrong parcel in RTO they will give vague reasons to reject your claim.... Never use Shipmozo
