Fantastic support. We have a slightly different Shopify setup with multiple inventory locations and the team took the time to understand exactly how our business operates. This is a great app, with heaps of features and terrific support.

The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. When we were having an issue with capturing a particular data-point, the development team went above and beyond with a quick reply and even extended app functionality to accommodate our request. Highly recommended if you need something more complex than the out-of-the-box shipping solution offered. Especially if you want an app that you know is actively supported.
