WOW! I have been troubleshooting for two weeks on how to get one shipping rate vs how Shopify combines rates if you have multiple locations. But I added this app and Manoj fully helped do ALL the set up. We were on chat for nearly THREE hours and he never stopped until it was all fixed and perfect. It's so rare to find this level of customer support. I didn't have to do a thing except test while he configured all the settings. I am so happy, relieved, and impressed.

Extremely fast service. I required some zones to be duplicated and it was done very very fast. I thought i'd be speaking to an AI bot. Nope, within 20 seconds on the online chat support I was speaking to a real person. Thank you!

Great app and brilliant customer service. We needed to charge one shipping rate when we had multi-origin items in one basket (items from both warehouse and stores). This app does that - simply! I asked for some help and the in app chat answered immediately and sent screenshots - accurate, speedy help - exactly what I needed. The app has a free test mode, so we could try everything in our test store before going live. Finally, we asked for a change to meet an unusual requirement and that is now live for us. I recommend both this app (it's incredibly flexible) and the developer.

This app has a lot of great functionality and the support team is fantastic. I didn't have time to figure out how to set it up myself and they stepped in and quickly understood my requirements (which were plentiful), and skillfully adapted the code to meet all my requirements. Fantastic app and team to work with.

I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! On top of all this support is amazing - they are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting up and using this app. Thank you for all of your help and for making an amazing app! Editing to add that Sid was awesome in helping us set up our US rates for markets - they helped us in no time at all and were able to get our rates set up super fast! Still using this app 1 year later and it is the best shipping app out there.
