This app is amazing. It's been 4 months since we are using this app and their customer support is really fast. I can book a slot as per my convenience and the support team solves the issues without any delay. Shoutout to Siddharth Kevadiya, the person who fixes our issues in less than a minute.

This app makes a very complex thing simple. There are other apps charging 5x this price for worse features. The support from Sid is also amazing. Can't recommend it enough.

Exactly what we needed! The app allows us to customise our delivery options nicely, a must have feature that we couldn't set up directly via our Shopify store. Sid from the customer service team has been a huge support in helping us create the rules we needed. We are very pleased with the app!

I have installed many shipping apps and none of them worked for our store as we had too many requirements. But when I installed ShipZip, the customer service was exceptional. I have not seen better customer service ever. Sid is extremely helpful, has a lot of patience and know his technical stuff. He worked with us for about 2 weeks (2-3 days equivalent full time) to make sure that the app work for our store. I will definitely recommend this app.

First and foremost, this is one of the few apps that can display shipping fees on the product page. Additionally, the backend settings are very diverse and flexible, making it suitable for various situations to add surcharges. What surprised me the most is that every time I inquired online, there were real people responding, not robots. They resolved issues swiftly, and there were staff available even on Saturdays. I believe this app is very well designed and the tutorials are very detailed.
