We use this app so that buyers on our marketplace platform can see the rates of distance based shipping on the product pages. The app support team have gone above and beyond to make it work for us!

Fast Response customer service, really helpful.

We used this App to handle our shipping & delivery requirements. We setup the App ourselves, but run into a few problems with it not working quite as expected for some specific scenarios. However, we are very happy with the support we received when we raised the issue with the App development team. They worked through the problem and came up with a solution that met our needs. This shipping app has changed everything! I'm thrilled with the customizations of calculations for shipping rates by zone. We are no longer losing money on shipping and finally able to offer accurate shipping costs for the customer. It took some time to set up but it has been worth it. We use this app for two of our online shops now. Support is wonderful and prompt. I highly recommend the Ship zip app to streamline shipping calculations.

Great app, great support. We have been using this for over a year now and its and absolute must have app if you post in the UK to be able to set different shipping rates for postcodes like Highlands and Islands. I am still shocked this is not native in Shopify but thank goodness ShipZip exists to save the day.

Great low cost app, if like me you are in the UK and struggling to set shipping costs specific to postcodes (namely the Scottish Highland and Islands). The Team at ShipZip are great and really, really helpful, they helped me set up all my shipping variations and have shown me what to do so I know for next time! I would for sure recommend this app! This is one of the best apps for business who would like to show 2 or more different shipping modes to customers. Very highly recommended. Siddharth from the team has really helped us to understand this even better.

This is the worst app experience on the Shopify App Store. It keeps malfunctioning, causing us to lose thousands of dollars in ad spend due to abandoned carts. We've spent the last four days working with support—while they temporarily fix the issue, it breaks again shortly after. I'm actively looking for a replacement app and strongly recommend you do the same.

A very clever app. I am not very technical, so the brilliant help I received from the developers was amazing. They are available 24/7 and I used WhatsApp and Google Meet to interact with them. Really great guys.
