The ShipZip team has been extremely helpful with customising the app to fit our exact use case. We wanted to offer Local Delivery but only on certain products; ShipZip allowed us to do this and much more. Other apps were charging much more for much less. This is great in price, feature-set and support. The trial also allows you to get a feel, learn and customise it to your store without financial worry.

Great app. Simple to setup and excellent support available. We have zip code based shipping and it was easy to setup the zones, import the zip codes and get the pricing correct on the site.

Impressive App that solves any type of combination of shipments, deliveries and store pickups. My case was really complicated due to the characteristics of our product and only with Shipping & Delivery - ShipZip I managed to configure everything perfectly. Of course I wouldn't have done it without the help of the SUPER support team. After explaining our demanding specific needs, they resolved everything with great patience and kindness. Due to circumstances I have had to deactivate my store, but not before making sure I don't lose all that great shipping configuration work. Recommended for its low cost for all the features and solutions it offers.

I've set up ShipZip app on both our Shopify stores and was really pleased with the help I received during set up. Sid virtually did it all, quickly and efficiently! The app is actually very user friendly and I'm very happy to recommend it.

Sid is great! I tried a few times doing everything on my own with the tech support chart which was great on its own. After a couple of hurdles, I asked Sid to help me over a screen share and video chat. He sent me his calendar and I was booked for the next day. In a few short minutes, my issues were fixed and the app is working perfectly! This app is exactly what I needed for my in-store and drop ship items to combine the rates and offer free shipping at an order value. I can't express how grateful I am for this app. I have been needing these features for a long time and I didn't realize how easy it would be to implement. Thanks again!

this app solved our ongoing problem with shopify charging 2 rates if we deliver from 2 different locations. Now we have only 1 rate charged and there is no turnoff for the customers at checkout! GOOD JOB GUYS!

Great functionality for our florist business, with km based and time slots. Works well with the EasyRoute app our drivers use. Support is always very helpful when we need to add new features or change a setting.

This is a fantastic shipping app! Our shop sells thousands of products, and the products need two different shipping methods: by courier or by pallet. Most shipping apps support filtering by product tags, but in our situation, only filtering by collection can properly assign the products into right categories (i.e. by courier or by pallet). This app supports filtering by collection, and therefore we don’t have to add each single product one by one manually. This app supports limitation by postcodes, which is a great help for us. Then, the actual shipping fee is further determined by weight. We use tiered-pricing based on total weight, and this app helps to achieve this. Later, we need mix/merge rate, and this app can do this too! The support along the way is also excellent. I would like to say thank you to the team (especially Sid). This app is exactly what I was looking for. As a florist, it's important to have a reliable Shipping & Delivery Date service and this app provides that. I particularly like that you can refine shipping options via post code. The app development and support team are extremely responsive and helpful, some of the best I have come across in Shopify apps. They have truly gone above and beyond for my app setup and I can't sing their praises high enough. Definitely a great app with great service, highly recommend.
