excellent app- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with shopify. support is awesome. live chat sorted an urgent issue (shopifys fault) immediately. really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. so good to know you can trust them with this!

Great experience, prompt response. Cant recommend highly enough. We got set up and running within a day with helpful support staff (Sid) from Ship Zip hand-holding us along the way. I highly recommend Shipzip: Shipping & Delivery as it has helped us streamline our website deliveries and improve the UX/UI for our cart/checkout with a custom feature where customers can be charged a delivery fee based on the suburb they live in. A custom setting that most of the other delivery apps don't have. Previously we had three shipping apps doing the same tasks this one app does which has saved us $120 USD per month with app fees and is reasonably priced at $19.95 per month for those great features on the top "shipping with delivery date" plan. On top of all the great features, the support is absolutely amazing! We had some troubles with setting the app up correctly and Sid was more than generous to help us get the app set up correctly with a quick response time. This app is perfect for anyone who has a delivery service like our florist business.

Without doubt the best support Ive experienced. All done for two web sites in a matter of hours. Loaded Australian zipcodes, set rates from Australia Post by region (Capital, Metro & Remote) ... and bingo ... works beautifully.

This app helped us create complex delivery rules for our shopify store. It allows us to apply various conditions based on product tag, meta tag, price difference, customer location and more. The app is not easy to use, but the support team is very helpful. They can answer our questions or problems through online meetings. Highly recommended.
