Support Team was very active and quick to revert, making it seamless and faster to activate and update in-app changes.

The app support is excellent. I was having trouble setting some things up but I was able to book a Zoom meeting with a support person within 40 minutes using a simple Calendly booking system. Support spent nearly 30 minutes helping me to set up the app and implement useful features which I was very grateful for. I would happy recommend this app to anyone!

Siddharth Kevadiya and the team were super helpful with the integration. They are constantly available to resolve any bugs, listen to customer feedback, and improve their product. The functionality that this app provides is extremely crucial for the D2C landscape.
I got to say that the customer service provided by Sidd was excellent. He was able to build his application around our requirement. Would highly recommend his app for those who would like to have individual carrier fee for individual zip code.
The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!
First of all I am really sorry that it is complicated to understand our application. I know application needs to be easy to understand but the shipping is the complicated thing it self so defiantly it's options are complicated to understand. No one at Shopify knows that the UK has different postcodes, so forgot to make it possible to charge different shipping rates to these different postcodes. Thankfully there is an app for that (like everything else) with ShipZip

Excellent and quick support even on a Saturday. Sid took care of setting up the app for us very easily and explained clearly how everything worked.
I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.
Customer service, very prompt and professional, very satisfied. I had a trouble with double shipping cost when sending from multi locations. (I have two locations with a flat rate shipping) and tried other apps but did work well, but this app is working perfectly with $9.99 plan !! Sid, you are two thumbs up !!
