I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.

Customer service, very prompt and professional, very satisfied. I had a trouble with double shipping cost when sending from multi locations. (I have two locations with a flat rate shipping) and tried other apps but did work well, but this app is working perfectly with $9.99 plan !! Sid, you are two thumbs up !!

This app really boosts everything you can do with shipping in Shopify, this should really be already included functionality but thank's to these developers we can have more controller over shipping prices, also support es very helpful and fast.

App does exactly what I need - sets a delivery date and restricts postcode delivery. The guys are terrific to deal with on chat or zoom as needed, always ready and happy to help. These guys have really helped me - they've added all the zones needed (I'm UK based) and so far so good. Chat has been useful and they're always there even if they needed to check with someone more techie. There were a few things lost in translation but overall a good experience. I'll be putting it to the live test shortly.

This app has the most options to specialize the shipping rate for a different mix of products and customers. I was able to configure and set it up to support a very complex business much faster and with more options than our previous homegrown solution. CirkleStudio has fantastic support and are very responsive. They answered my questions promptly and were willing to get on the phone/VC with me to work through my scenarios. high recommendations to use this app if you need a shipping rate app.

First of all, the app is absolutely great. We needed a way to set shipping rates based on weight, pickup location, delivery zip code, day, etc. We had a whole matrix of variables that we needed to solve for when setting our rates and this app did it beautifully. Even better than the app itself, though, is the support we received from the developer. Our IT staff mentioned that they’ve never experienced an e-commerce app developer like this. The app developers response time is best in class. Communication from them was clear and consistent. From initial install to post-production configuration, the level of handholding we received was extremely surprising and gratifying. (Many many thanks to Sid @ Cirkle Studio for all the help ) If you're looking to setup granular shipping rates/rules for your store this is the app you want. These are the developers you want supporting your business. Full stop.

I couldn't do it without the great support from the support team. Works well with my store and can't wait to retrieve back those lost shipping fees, especially from customers who were not honest in selecting the right shipping rates for their address in the first place.
