Excellent App for shipping quotes. So many options ! Safe and trustworthy. Customer service is amazing too, always willing to help.

This app did what no other app could. We have a very complicated delivery method, with multiple carriers and a lot of restrictions on what we can ship (or not) to places. The app do everything. On top of that support is excellent, which you will need because a comprehensive app like this tends to be complicated. This app is worth every penny.

We started using ShipZip to avoid Shopify's double delivery charges when orders are shipped from multiple locations. The app we used to get round this initially worked pretty well but more and more double charges had started to appear recently, mainly due to us shipping products from more locations. When discussing this with them, they advised that our scenarios would not work with their app. This forced us to look for a new solution to calculate delivery charges and I am happy that we found ShipZip. We run 2 stores, one of which has quite specific delivery charge rules and restrictions so it was important for them to work well. We initially tried to set this up ourselves but required some support to get them working perfectly. Sid responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. He quickly translated our requirements into multiple checkout rules which actually work. We highly recommend Cirkle Studio and the ShipZip app, especially if you have multiple stock locations and / or non-standard delivery requirements.

We have used ShipZip since launch and have always had prompt and reliable assistance from the app developers, including but not limited to ensuring that a date can be selected at checkout but also customisations to the design. Highly recommended!

We used this App to handle our shipping & delivery requirements. We setup the App ourselves, but run into a few problems with it not working quite as expected for some specific scenarios. However, we are very happy with the support we received when we raised the issue with the App development team. They worked through the problem and came up with a solution that met our needs. Thanks for all your help!

Thank you guys for the wonderful experience so far, couple of days into installing and testing. Ankit from their team was helping me out to fix all these issues that I encountered as a result of my theme's design limitation and it resulted in a sub-optimal UX for customers. This shipping app has changed everything! I'm thrilled with the customizations of calculations for shipping rates by zone. We are no longer losing money on shipping and finally able to offer accurate shipping costs for the customer. It took some time to set up but it has been worth it. We use this app for two of our online shops now. Support is wonderful and prompt. I highly recommend the Ship zip app to streamline shipping calculations.

Great app, great support. We have been using this for over a year now and its and absolute must have app if you post in the UK to be able to set different shipping rates for postcodes like Highlands and Islands. I am still shocked this is not native in Shopify but thank goodness ShipZip exists to save the day.
