We absolutely love this app – it’s truly a life saver! It allows us to fully customize our shipping settings just the way we want — including setting free shipping thresholds, choosing which products qualify, and more. The support team is also extremely professional and responsive — most of the time we get help instantly without waiting. We’ve tried many apps before, but none of them gave us the flexibility we needed for managing shipping like this one. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Huge thumbs up!

Hervorragender Service & schnelle Hilfe! Ich hatte große Probleme mit den Versandkosten-Einstellungen und die Einrichtung der App war für mich eine echte Herausforderung. Zum Glück bietet das Team einen herausragenden Support! Ich konnte sofort einen Termin vereinbaren, und der Kundenservice hat mir nicht nur extrem schnell geholfen, sondern auch alles perfekt eingerichtet. So einen Support wünscht man sich bei jeder App! Absolute Empfehlung – 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig!

Magiskt bra support! Att skapa en betalningsmodell för tre platser som alltid summerar ihop till en frakt var en logisk utmaning för hjärnan. För att få full nytta så kräver Shopify att man har en av deras premiumplaner, men genierna på Shipmagic hade en lösning så vi kunde lösa "EXAKT en fraktkostnad oavsett om jag beställer varor från en, två eller alla tre lagerplatser". Då min hjärnkapacitet inte räckte till för att skapa denna logiska formel, hjälpte supporten mig med en steg för steg guide på EXAKT hur jag skulle skriva in alla regler. Blir inte bättre än så här! TACK!

We ran into an issue when we started dual fulfillment from two locations. Customers were being charged double when products in one order ship from both locations. Shipmagic has an option to get around the double charge. Thank you shipmagic.
