ShipMagic is a magic app. It allows me to accurately calculate shipping rates for my customers based on their location and the weight of their orders, without the need to upgrade to the expensive Advanced Shopify Store package. The best part is the impeccable support provided by Aditya, who goes above and beyond to assist customers, even working late into the night until 24:00 to ensure any issues are resolved. I can't speak highly enough of this app and Aditya's dedication. I needed just a simple customisation to my cart, and ShipMagic fit the bill perfectly. The pricing was also more reasonable than others, and as others have mentioned, worth every cent thanks to Aditya's patient and clear instructions in helping set it all up. Definitely give this one a go!

After trying out many other shipping apps I think this is the best. It can pretty much handle anything, but what makes it so great is Aditya, he will spend the time with you via live chat to get it set up just as you want. You can test it first and then make it live once you are ready. 5 Stars!

I wanted to offer customers free shipping, if certain products were added to the cart (containing the tag "versandkostenfrei"). Turns out that is impossible to do with Shopify built-in methods (which will let you select free shipping with total amount of items or price only). I tried a multitude of apps, some of them pretty expensive (e.g. Intuitive shipping). None of them worked. This app gives you important hints, and - most important of all - there is a live chat functionality. I'm so glad that Aditya chatted me up (by sending an additional "Hi" in the Live Chat in the app), together we were able to set it up correctly. (For example, he said "In the conditions, you have to choose “Cart Contains” and not Product Tag.") Also, possibly that I had several shipping profiles pre-enabled in Shopify might have caused issues. In any case, we were able to solve the issue fast. Normally I avoid reaching out to support to get something working (actually because I assume that they will take a long time to come back to me). When support is at your fingertips like here, it is really awesome! I wish the author of this app a lot of success with it, and I hope he will be able to grow in a way which will be sustainable and allow him to continue to offer the same kind of support.

We had a complex shipping requirement for varying items across 7 different zones and 150+ countries. The Aditya was amazing in helping us set this up from start to finish and the only thing we need to do is keep an eye on our base costs. This app allowed us to set up unique scenarios using custom rates which is exactly what we needed to be able to do. It was easy set up in general, but on top of that, the customer support agent was ready to help immediately and asked the right questions to help me configure my custom rates correctly. They were extremely helpful during set up and really got to know what I was trying to do so we could do it the right way. This app does exactly what we needed, and their customer support couldn't have been more helpful to me. It was incredible service for a great app.

After spending thousands on developers to custom generate a solution for mixed carts (containing in-stock/preorder) with multiple shipping rates and complicated logic — Aditya replied on a Shopify forum where I was desperate for a solution. He delivered more than I could have ever asked for. This app is incredible, and the service behind it is top-notch. Our scenario has been so complicated it took developers months to build an unstable solution, but it took Aditya less than 24 hours to create a custom solution through this application. He took care of the setup, completely understood what we were trying to accomplish and over-delivered. I was nearly emotional when I saw the result. I can't recommend this enough.

I wish I could give this app more than 5 stars because it absolutely deserves it. I am genuinely astounded by the team's exceptional expertise, dedication, and lightning-fast solution delivery. When the app couldn't initially accommodate my specific needs, they managed to craft a tailor-made solution in just one day. Furthermore, their responsiveness in addressing all of my inquiries promptly and succinctly has been nothing short of impressive. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've tried other shipping rate apps and this one works just a good, if not better than all the others. More importantly, Aditya Malani, provides hero level, super human, support. He had me set up and running within 15 minutes. All I had to do was install the app and grant him collaborator access. He took care of the rest after learning my set up needs. I couldn't be happier with the service. UPDATE 9-7-2023: I needed to take a minute to inform you all of just how great this app is and how great the service it. I had a unique request for a shipping rate rule. The app wasn't able to handle that request the way it was currently configured. Rather than telling me it wasn't possible, Aditya Malani, once again provided hero level support. In less than 12 hours, he added code to the app that allowed it to integrate the request I had into the system. Everything is working perfectly and fully meets our specific needs. If you are looking a shipping app, look no further. This is the one you need to install and run. From what I've seen, you will not be disappointed. Hero level! Thank you Shipmagic!
