Excellent app to solve Shopify's shipping profile problems! We needed the app to create different cart scenarios since we have products with multiple shipping dates as well as products that will be shipped together with the first shipment depending what the customer orders. The app works like a charm for this. The customer service is more than we could ask for and they always reply super quickly.

This app solved every problem our company had with pricing our shipping services. We ship in semi truck load quantities from multiple states to farms all over the country and have always had to invoice for shipping after purchase because it's such a nuanced calculation. Aditya was by FAR the most knowledgable and helpful support agent I have ever talked to. He went above and beyond to find a solution to my complex issue. His support went as far as contacting other 'volume discount' app providers to ask them if their app worked with Shopify's native discounts API to find me an alternative volume discount app to use that would work better than my existing setup. By the way, this was already after he took the time to diagnose the issue. As far as the app itself, this is the ONLY shipping app available that is able to exclude certain shipping rules (such as free shipping options) AFTER product discounts are applied. (Our issue was customers getting offered free shipping when their discounted total was under the minimum required for free shipping). Aditya didn't ask for this review - I demanded that he sent me the review link because his knowledge and commitment to helping find a solution for our niche business was exceptional.
