A fantastic app with great capability. Incredibly useful for plugging the gaps that the Shopify shipping capabilities fall short of. We noticed an issue created by a Shopify update launching split shipping. We raised this with the customer service team and they fixed it in their app in about 3 hours. Incredible turn around time. Excellent app to solve Shopify's shipping profile problems! We needed the app to create different cart scenarios since we have products with multiple shipping dates as well as products that will be shipped together with the first shipment depending what the customer orders. The app works like a charm for this. The customer service is more than we could ask for and they always reply super quickly.

Aditya was by FAR the most knowledgable and helpful support agent I have ever talked to. He went above and beyond to find a solution to my complex issue. His support went as far as contacting other 'volume discount' app providers to ask them if their app worked with Shopify's native discounts API to find me an alternative volume discount app to use that would work better than my existing setup. By the way, this was already after he took the time to diagnose the issue. As far as the app itself, this is the ONLY shipping app available that is able to exclude certain shipping rules (such as free shipping options) AFTER product discounts are applied. (Our issue was customers getting offered free shipping when their discounted total was under the minimum required for free shipping). Aditya didn't ask for this review - I demanded that he sent me the review link because his knowledge and commitment to helping find a solution for our niche business was exceptional. I needed flat rate shipping options consolidated from multiple drop shippers since Shopify does not offer a native solution. Fastest customer service I have ever had...five stars on just the response time PLUS they set up my shipping profiles in 10 minutes and tested, saving me hours of work. Highly recommend this app, there should be more reviews on here. It is shocking how customer focused they are.
