Terrible experience. The widget shows the WRONG prices and shipping fees compared to checkout, confusing customers and damaging trust. Support admits the issue but blames Shopify and offers no real fix. Completely unreliable for any store using multiple currencies and markets.

trouble canceling

Great and easy-to-use app. Gives customers an idea of what shipping costs may look like so it doesn't come as a surprise later during checkout. The support team is very friendly and responsive. They were always able to fix my issues very quickly. Highly recommended.

I've used this app for several years now. It has always run smoothly in the background. I recently updated my theme and had a few hiccups. Support responded with a thorough visual within minutes. Very Happy with my shipping costs app. :)

I've been using this app for several years, and all I can say is that if it didn't exist I'd have to invent it! It works great, and the support team is super responsive. I had an issue with translations, they took care of it and proactively informed me of the progress made. 5 stars without a doubt.
