Great app! Does exactly what I need, and is easily configurable in terms of position on page. Also, tech support is FANTASTIC. They followed up after install having tweaked it to match my theme, then were available to make a couple of changes for me quickly and at no charge. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again.

I purchased and downloaded a custom theme. I no longer needed most of the apps I was using. I really wanted to stop paying monthly fees for apps. It really was getting expensive. My new theme does everything for free. But one very important thing is this app. Since installing this app my abandon carts went from almost one a day to one every week or two. Clearly showing your customers the shipping fees is a MUST! Just a couple small “tweaks” that I wanted to make it fit with my theme. Done very quickly and professionally. Great app, great customer service.

I've used it for a few months now, I needed a lot of help at the start and they were very good at making sure everything was working on the store + putting things where I wanted them to. I would definitely recommend this app.

We have a lot less abandoned carts because of this app. We use a customized, premium theme and the calculator fit in perfectly without any additional coding. Well done!

I just tried the app on our website and it seems to work wonderfully. The team reached to me and they did a few changes to make sure the app better matches our theme. We have seen a lot of abandonned carts when people would see the shipping fees. With this app they will be aware of the prices before reaching the payment page.

Excellent app to display real time shipping rates. This is probably one of the best apps to up conversion ratio. It allows the customer to see shipping rates without filling in their contact information.

Quite simply the best app support I have experienced to date with Shopify apps. The shipping rates calculator installed very easily, but it was a little bit offset on the alignment. I e-mailed the support e-mail and they had it fixed (on a Friday night) within an hour. They also identified my unique scenario where we have a minimum order amount and they made some adjustments to display the proper message in that scenario. Super responsive and helpful. Whaddyaknow it just worked, and in no time flat. Of the umpteen apps I've incorporated during our gargantuan task of migrating to shopify, this was the simplest and fastest to get going and the easiest to test. A relief after navigating through complex issues and compatibility problems with so many other apps.

We are using this on https://wwww.autopartscheaper.com. This app is awesome. It gives customers the shipping rates right in the cart, based on geolocation. It installed with Zero Effort, and works right out of the box. This is a must have app, to help decrease cart abandonment.

I used to love this app but as of November 2024, things changed. The app provider blames Shopify but beware... The customer's IP address is used to find a 'close' postal code (Canada) to produce a shipping rate in the cart. When the customer proceeds to the checkout, the 'close' postal code and province are auto-filled in the shipping address form. We found that many customers don't review their postal code and leave the incorrect 'close' postal code. This has led to several misdirected parcels and returned parcels for us. We are now manually checking each and every shipment's postal code, something that we have never done before and shouldn't have to. Five different Code Blackbelt representatives have looked at my support request and have said they can't prevent the auto-filling of the postal code in the checkout, its a Shopify issue. It took a while to figure out where these wrong postal codes were coming from, I'm removing the app with the hopes of re-installing this app someday after the issue is resolved. January 2025, I requested that they allow the store owner to turn off the geographic locating. They said they didn't do custom app programming. I was more than thrilled to find another app that has this feature and more.
