Quite simply the best app support I have experienced to date with Shopify apps. The shipping rates calculator installed very easily, but it was a little bit offset on the alignment. I e-mailed the support e-mail and they had it fixed (on a Friday night) within an hour. They also identified my unique scenario where we have a minimum order amount and they made some adjustments to display the proper message in that scenario. Super responsive and helpful. Whaddyaknow it just worked, and in no time flat. Of the umpteen apps I've incorporated during our gargantuan task of migrating to shopify, this was the simplest and fastest to get going and the easiest to test. A relief after navigating through complex issues and compatibility problems with so many other apps.

One of the best apps you can add to your Shopify store! I have already seen an increased conversion rate, especially with international customers. Unparalleled customer support. High recommend.

We are using this on https://wwww.autopartscheaper.com. This app is awesome. It gives customers the shipping rates right in the cart, based on geolocation. It installed with Zero Effort, and works right out of the box. This is a must have app, to help decrease cart abandonment.

I used to love this app but as of November 2024, things changed. The app provider blames Shopify but beware... The customer's IP address is used to find a 'close' postal code (Canada) to produce a shipping rate in the cart. When the customer proceeds to the checkout, the 'close' postal code and province are auto-filled in the shipping address form. We found that many customers don't review their postal code and leave the incorrect 'close' postal code. This has led to several misdirected parcels and returned parcels for us. We are now manually checking each and every shipment's postal code, something that we have never done before and shouldn't have to. Five different Code Blackbelt representatives have looked at my support request and have said they can't prevent the auto-filling of the postal code in the checkout, its a Shopify issue. It took a while to figure out where these wrong postal codes were coming from, I'm removing the app with the hopes of re-installing this app someday after the issue is resolved. January 2025, I requested that they allow the store owner to turn off the geographic locating. They said they didn't do custom app programming. I was more than thrilled to find another app that has this feature and more.

We completely understand your sentiments/situation and as mentioned during your email conversation with the team - our app completely relies on Shopify Ajax API and the new behavior stems from how the Shopify checkout page and AJAX API operate which is somewhat independent from our app’s functionality. Great App, Offered exactly what I was looking for. It helps you calculate the shipping at your cart view, which would let your customers know what to expect about shipping costs instead of them proceeding to the checkout page without knowing this vital information. it would definitely help reduce abandoned carts and would give customers better trust of your website. It is also fully compatible with the shipping configurations that are done in the Shopify admin page last, I like the support of CodeBlackBelt, very proactive and so responsive. Keep up the great work guys..

FINALLY someone got it right! I have been waiting years from a shipping calculator that was super simple to install (one click or maybe 2) and would tell my customers what day they could expect the shipment, helping them choose the correct shipping amount! I no longer get phone calls from customers asking when their product will arrive if they order today. Thanks so much

This is an outstanding app. Finally something that lets customers know what the actual time frame is from USPS Priority Mail. Example: Just got an email from a customer this morning that was upset that the Priority Mail setting displays a 2 day delivery. But with this app it showed her that she wouldn't receive the item until April 17th. This app made it clear to my customer that she would not receive the order for an additional 4 days, not the 2 days that USPS displays. She wasn't happy that it was 4 days but at least she knew from the start that the order was not going to be 2 days. I have had way to many unhappy customers because of USPS stating 1 and 2 day deliveries when it was not going to happen because of weekends and holidays. The customer support was excellent, everything I needed they did. Very impressed. I'm so happy I just purchased the app annually, I don't intend to get rid of it.

This app is fantastic as it makes things easier for the customer. They can now see the available shipping rates without entering all their information. Love it! Jon Big Gentle Dogs

Just the app we need. We only ship in one country (Canada) and don't ship via major carriers so real time is a waste for us. These guys really get it and know what most stores need. Great app.
